Breakfast is great! The location is okay, we had a car so it was easy to get into town. Taxi is also a good option to get to the old town, it only takes a few minutes. We stayed in the family room, it was very clean and comfortable. I slept very well in the comfortable bed. Cleaning service was frequent and efficient. The pool is a lovely addition, our daughter had a lot of fun swimming after a long day of sightseeing. My 7-year-old really liked the hotel!

Some waitresses made faces when they found out we don't speak Italian, and they were not very nice to us. The level of English of the staff is OK generally, but not great. The spa must be great because it was constantly fully booked. I couldn't get any massages or treatments when asked for it in person. I recommend booking in advance.

Comfortable room & bed, tea/coffee set, all neccessary amenities in the bathroom, tasty and varied brekfast with huge choice. Most of all I enjoyed the great spa area - spacious, many various saunas types (infra, finnish, steam, bio), jacuzzi, swimming pool, outside terrace with yet another wood fire finish sauna… All that with long opening hours and fair price. Impressive!

Details only: No coat hanger near the room entrance - this is common but very unpractical. If you have a damp jacket / coat, you can only put it on the chair. There wasn’t a standalone bidet in the bathroom, only a kind of bidet toilet seat that was a bit strange to operate.

A nice 4-star hotel with everything that it should have, very nicely furbished and decorated. Has a nice indoor pool and a wellness area, and an outdoor relax zone with beds by the pool. The restaurant / bar is also very nice. Our room was spacious and clean. Welcoming to cyclists, has a good storage room for bikes.

The only downside is the not so great location near a relatively major crossroads. The hotel's immediate surrounding area is quite insulated and very nice though.

Property is very nice. Big suite if you are looking for more than a typical Italian hotel room. Definitely for couples, not really a family hotel but they could accommodate. Alcove suite has large working bathtub which is a treat when travelling. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Shower in that room could use some refurbishment. Hotel not in historic center but not far. Overall nice place to land for a night or two.

It was bit out of the town but still some shopping and restaurant are walking distance. The furniture and general look and feel is bit outdated snd requires some remodeling/redesign

I liked the restaurant and the room was very nice.

What I did not like about the room was the fact that there was no room in this size category with a shower instead of a bathtub. The bathtubs had high sides. My mother has limited mobility and could not step into the tub. It would be nice to offer a room for disabled guests with some bars in the bathroom and a shower. The clerk did bring us a stool for the shower, but unfortunately my mother could not step into the tub

Easy parking, nice pool, clean room, comfy bed, awesome breakfast(really it was worth it) but most of all the staff! I happened to forget my Kindle Paperwhite there. Ms. Bascolo from the reservation and especially Mr. Toppazzini from the front desk were very helpful and prompt in organizing the return of my Kindle. It was such a seamless process. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff in this hotel. I am looking forward to staying again. Thank you!

We stayed here 4 nights so I made a reservation for a superior room, not the basic. To our surprise we were upgraded to a room which was supposed to be better. It was very big with a jacuzzi on a higher level, and included three rooms which were all awfull, old fashioned , looked like a brothel, not clean at all and to our most surprise with a door not locked to our neighbour room. The reception told us that they do not have other room. Only after we said that we are going to leave next if we don't get the room we made reservation for we got that room for the other 3 nights. That room was exactly what we wanted and was great in any aspect.Just one question. If you don't have free room, just inform the tourist from the beginning and do not make reservation

Well situated hotel for visiting Udine. Easy to find and located just off the main road coming from the north into Udine. Loads of car parking. Comfortable rooms with good air-conditioning. Delicious buffet breakfast. Welcoming staff were very helpful. The rooms were made up each time we returned and washing was returned promptly. Check-in and check-out was easy.

The restaurant of the same name was extraordinary. The food was exceptional and the stay at the hotel worth it just for that. The room was big and bed very comfortable.

The location is outside the city center so rather have a car to visit the city center
