Way more room than the pictures suggested (it's a suite). Perfect central location in pedestrianised and old historic spot. Had a little Kitchen as well. The bathroom was very stylish for the price of the room. Huge comfy bed. Lots of useful things for the traveler such as plug sockets and USB chargers. And the most important thing... At check out, we were asked how our stay was.

I enjoyed it all, but we arrived at around 7pm in the evening and it wasn't obvious where the hotel was once we got to the correct street. that's not fun at that time of the evening. Perhaps a little A-frame billboard propped in the street with the hotel name on it that's collected once check-in shuts would help guests find the building?

Excellent stay, we have stayed here previously in a different room. Everything spotless and clean, nice sheets. They now have the super Dyson hair dryers. They also have a smeg coffee machine and provide some free bottled water when you arrive. Some nice smelling shampoo and body wash in bathroom, plus magnifying mirror which I like also. Reception are very friendly and welcoming.

A little difficult to locate entrance. If arriving by car, need to drive along restricted access roads. Parking off site 5 minutes walk.

The apartment was ultra clean and it was pretty furnished. The lady at the reception.was very kind and gave us all the needed information. They gave us recommended restaurant list and the dinner was perfect. I will definitely use again Oriana Homel apartments when I’ll come back again to Italy.

Staff was very kind and helpful. I got room #400: the apartment was fully equipped, the bed was super comfortable (which is a point to highlight) and the way to access to it was super easy. The apartment was also equipped (for free) with bottles of water, coffee, sugar,l and tea (and they refill it daily). The place is located in the heart of Udine, everything is close (restaurants, groceries, shops, etc.) as well landmarks. If you go to Udine I’d definitely suggest this property.

the location is fantastic, it is the center of the city, the room is really clean, with all the necessary utensils, for example, all the appliances in the kitchen are smeg, the office is modo mio, I feel home, the people in the hotel are very nice.

if you can put a trash bin for us to separate different trash, it will be really helpful.

A/C units are very loud, had to turn them off for the night. There was a chemical, artificial perfume in the room, which I hate. Floor not sparkling clean.

This is an exceptional property, Our apartment was spacious, well appointed and clean. We could imagine living there! The reception was professional and friendly. The property is modernized with all sorts of wonderful accessories. We will recommend to friends and will use this property again.
