I spent one night at this hotel, which is conveniently located about a 5-10 minute walk from the hospital. The building and the rooms are very stylish and new, and everything is clean. Almost all the staff speaks English, and they are very helpful, flexible, and polite. I also enjoyed a lovely wine on their recommendation. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever return to Udine, I will definitely book a stay here again.

Their restaurant serves delicious food, although having an English menu would make it easier for non-Italian speakers.

Me and my wife liked the hotel a lot and we really enjoyed our stay there! The rooms were clean and comfortable and offered enough space. The breakfast has been very good! All in all, we have been very satisfied.

The only criticism I have is concerning sustainability - our towels have been replaced very day although we have not put them on the ground. Here, it would be definitely necessary to provide an option that towels can be used more than once. Also, plastic cups were packed in plastic sacks, which is also not up to date with current standards. the manage of the hotel should think about and maybe should seek for advice how to improve things cocerning nature sustainability!

We stayed in an apartment type of room, which is in separate location, cca. 5min walk from the hotel. The apartment was 2 rooms, in one room with kitchen corner, bathroom and toilet. it was big, had everything we needed. but we stayed only for one night on our drive back home from our Italian holiday. For this purpose it was perfect. There was also parking available and we could take our small dog with us, too.

Nothing, for our use it was great. However, I have to mention that the apartment we stayed at was on a ground floor and the windows are to the street. So, if you open the windows the people passsing by can see inside. The parking is very narrow, it's designed for Italian small cars. We managed with VW Tuareg, but it requires a skilled driver ;-).

We stopped in this hotel for 1 night transit stay and were very satisfied. Friendly guy in reception received us after midnight, showed where to park a car in fenced parking. Room was very clean and shower great. Breakfast was wide choice buffet and plenty of everything. All staff was speaking good English and very helpful. We first time experienced so good hotel and service in Italy. Many thanks to owner for genereousity.

We stayed in the apartment portion. There was AC available, the included breakfast was very nice and not far (It was around the corner and across the street - a 1-2 minute walk), the staff were very helpful and lovely and spoke English which was nice, the rooms were clean and had some amenities, there were a couple bars and places to eat nearby. We checked in late and staff went out of his way to help us figure out parking - free parking was included which was great!

They accidentally double booked us but they were able to accommodate us and it was no problem.

It was a perfect solution for a one night stop. Nice, clean, with parking place and a very good beakfast. That's exactly what we needed.

We traveled with our (big) son, we booked a 3 bed room. It was a bit crowded with 3 of us. For one night it was a good solution on a good price, but I would book a bigger room next time if I stay longer.

The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but we have a nice stroll by the canal to get there which is appreciable. The hotel also has a free parking so we didn't have to bother about where to leave the car. The staff was competent and very helpful, and the breakfast is available until late (later than checkout actually - 10:30 vs 10:00).

The room felt a bit small for its price, but then that day most hotels were fully booked for unknown reasons, so it was good for its value. The hotel is however on a busy-ish street so opening the window was but the best of options to air the room. There also was no side lights on the bed (only the big room lights). Finally the toilets on the ground floor for men are squat toilets, not our thing...

It was really confortable for us to have a parking spot during our stay, we could stop for one night without worring for the car, plus with a small kid to have a bufet for breakfast is a very good option

we stay one night going down to Tuscany and the week later one night coming back from our holidays and the second time the room wasn't as confortable and tidy as the first time.

Breakfast was great, parking is free, room was big (we were in the residence) and even if the hotel is not right at the centre it is a 15 min easy walk in the very nice area

Maybe a bit of admin - we stayed for two nights and day later we were contacted to pay for the third night, It took a while to convince the caller we really only stayed two nights. So maybe it is worth your time to drop the key at the reception, not at the box at the residence

The hotel was very nice, we liked the atmosphere inside. The room was big, very comfortable beds. The parking place was available in the hotel garden. Good choice of breakfast and nice people at the reception. Very good restaurant with seafood nearby.

The bathroom could be bigger, nothing else.
