What was supposed to be just a one night stop on the way to Tuscany turned out to be a very nice surprise. The people in the hotel were so nice the moment we arrived, helped us in what we needed and were smiling, super efficient, fast and professional. We parked our car right there. The restaurant was also very good and we loved not having to walk anywhere far with our baby and enjoy dinner in the hotel. We had an amazing stay as the bed was super comfortable, with excellent quality sheets and towels. Black out curtains creating perfectly dark room, but also simple curtains are there if you prefer some light. Washable floors, no carpet! Enough place to put luggage and clothes on. The bathroom was new and clean, hot water running, bidet was there and we appreciate those even more now when travelling with a toddler. We had a fine view, the city centre is near, nice walk in a nice neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast, the only exception for the machine coffee, but of course you can have a proper cappuccino from the bar - we did not have time to try it but next time!

Having to leave! :) I was very satisfied with this choice and I would definitely come back. If you can improve one thing, please have the city empty the glass containers a bit later on saturday morning. But my husband overslept this anyway, so no super big deal. I guess the wooden blinders for windows work magic!

Nice small hotel is located in a good distance from the citycentre (we used public transport to get to the Piazza I maggio, but then no bus came in the evening for the way back, although it was set in the travel systém, so we walked on foot). The service is nice, also morning breakfasts were tasty and everything fresh. Hotel room is clean and nice, although the extra bed located up is a bit smaller, but large enough for our teenage son. Atmosphere is friendly,perfect place for a one-night stay during our travels in Italy.

I spent one night at this hotel, which is conveniently located about a 5-10 minute walk from the hospital. The building and the rooms are very stylish and new, and everything is clean. Almost all the staff speaks English, and they are very helpful, flexible, and polite. I also enjoyed a lovely wine on their recommendation. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I ever return to Udine, I will definitely book a stay here again.

Their restaurant serves delicious food, although having an English menu would make it easier for non-Italian speakers.

The hotel is located in a semi-central neighborhood. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially appreciated that the front desk lady spoke both English and German fluently. The laundry service was a great convenience for us during our week-long stay. Breakfast was also delicious.

The parking lot was a bit narrow, understandably so, as that's quite common in Italy. So you need to be very careful when maneuvering your car.

Me and my wife liked the hotel a lot and we really enjoyed our stay there! The rooms were clean and comfortable and offered enough space. The breakfast has been very good! All in all, we have been very satisfied.

The only criticism I have is concerning sustainability - our towels have been replaced very day although we have not put them on the ground. Here, it would be definitely necessary to provide an option that towels can be used more than once. Also, plastic cups were packed in plastic sacks, which is also not up to date with current standards. the manage of the hotel should think about and maybe should seek for advice how to improve things cocerning nature sustainability!

We stayed in an apartment type of room, which is in separate location, cca. 5min walk from the hotel. The apartment was 2 rooms, in one room with kitchen corner, bathroom and toilet. it was big, had everything we needed. but we stayed only for one night on our drive back home from our Italian holiday. For this purpose it was perfect. There was also parking available and we could take our small dog with us, too.

Nothing, for our use it was great. However, I have to mention that the apartment we stayed at was on a ground floor and the windows are to the street. So, if you open the windows the people passsing by can see inside. The parking is very narrow, it's designed for Italian small cars. We managed with VW Tuareg, but it requires a skilled driver ;-).

The hotel is located within a 15-minute walking distance from the city center. The parking is available in the hotel's courtyard. The room was really nice and clean with enough towels and toiletries provided. The kids liked the bunk bed. The breakfast was buffet style one with many different options. They kept bringing food from the kitchen and refilling the trays all the time. I particularly liked the coffee as it was from a machine and not those awful hotel style ones.

Good place for short time stay. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, a 20-minute walk from the Old Town. It has its own parking lot (small) and a restaurant (closed on Saturday). The breakfast buffet is very good, with a selection of hot and cold dishes.

Small bathroom (shower cabin) The room was clean, but needs renovation. The air conditioning is quite loud, which is especially bothersome at night when you need to close the windows (on the street side).

We stopped in this hotel for 1 night transit stay and were very satisfied. Friendly guy in reception received us after midnight, showed where to park a car in fenced parking. Room was very clean and shower great. Breakfast was wide choice buffet and plenty of everything. All staff was speaking good English and very helpful. We first time experienced so good hotel and service in Italy. Many thanks to owner for genereousity.
