Room was spacious, new furniture. Bed was good. Breakfasts was classic European, asortiments of salami, yogurts, breads, fruits, juice, coffee.

Carpets show it's age. Booking.com and hotel now arguing about the price. Booking offered me additional discount but seems not cooperated with hotel management. I think the hotel now wants me to pay full price again!!

There are thieves on the parking nearby and the shopping centre parking as well. Be careful and don't left anything valuable inside your car.

Hotel is at "commercial centre" place, there is big parking lot, cinema, lot of different shops around there. My window was located to the field, there was no noise form the outside in the room. Breakfast was good with sweet and salty options.

There was a bit of noise from the hallway, also airconditioning was not the best, but it worked.

The staff was very accommodating, we were able to change the room since the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the room we were given initially.

The breakfast wasn't as good as before ( we had already stayed at the hotel a couple of times before). There wasn't enough clean cutlery, but the staff did their best.

The stuff was so polite over the phone and in person. They answered all our questions and even took care of our bicycles. The breakfast was Soo delicious and with so many options to chose from. We also liked that breakfast starts at 6:30h.

Nice economy hotel for short stay. Big comfortable room. Nice bed, good big bathroom. Very good breakfast.

Room price seemed to be inflated due to the football tournament.

Location from city centre and Udine has very few taxis.
