The fact the bus stop is 20m from the hotel makes this a great location. Reception staff were exceptional as were the bar and restaurant who went over and above the call of duty in looking after me during my stay.

Being able to control the air conditioner would have been handy. With 37-38 degree heat in the middle of summer, sometimes made sleeping at night uncomfortable even with the air conditioner on. There were a couple of times where I was actually too cold, therefore being able to control the air conditioner would have made the temperature more bearable.

Breakfast was good, I thought that maybe an extra juice and coffee machines may reduce queues during the rush.

The local services to the hotel is fine between 5:30am -9pm outside of this its tricky to navigate between city centre and the hotel. Also lack of amenities opened on a weekend makes it very difficult to get food, snacks etc. FInally if the hotel had access to a taxi service this would help some what with travel restrictions where guests do not have use of a vehicle.

The restaurant and bar were very good. The breakfast options were limited but all good quality and the staff were lovely.

The main problem with this hotel is its location. It’s about 15 mins by bus from the City Centre and about €14 in a cab. There is a very good bus service (No.5) which stops outside the hotel but it only runs until about 9:00 pm. Cabs can be hard to find late at night.

Comfortable and nice hotel, outside of Udine, but close to main roads. Quiet, isolated, however there is a great restaurant nearby. Good choice for one night stay. They provided us a safe parking place for our bicycles in the garage, it's a pitty they additionally charge for it. Second option for bicycles was to lock them in the yard behind the building for free, but that didn't look 100% safe to us, maybe we are super cautious overthinkers :)

Excellent location, very short detour from the highway. Small breakfast buffet, but only noticeable thing missing was scrambled eggs, but surely not a deal breaker. Nice variety of pastries. Quick rotation of plates, there was never an empty spot, from something finishing. Excellent coffee from the barista. Pet friendly accommodation. There were a bowl and pet bed for our puppy in the room. Very polite and accommodating stuff.

Lack of toiletries (shampoo - body shower).

check in at the front desk is quick and efficient, the gentleman at the front desk is friendly and very professional. the breakfast is excellent, the atmosphere is very pleasant thanks to the staff who set up the breakfast.

this is a question for all hotels in the world: the maids struggle to pull the sheets under the mattress (it's too painful for their fingers, I know personally) and then the guests struggle to pull out the sheets, to cover themselves (then the sheets fall apart). why all that?

Hotel is in good location, just few minutes from the highway. That means a bit further to the city center though. There are plenty of parking spots available onsite.

The sound isolation could be better but that's pretty much standard in hotels of this category.

Good small hotel. Private parking with gate. Clean room. Fast internet. Tasty breakfast. Friendly staff. They have Type 2 charging outlet, however note that output power is limited to 2.6kw per hour.

Please increase output power of your charding station for electric cars. It should give 11kw per hour.

Very nice staff and good breakfast, free parking near the hotel. An interesting bathroom solution with a glass wall, which cannot be clearly seen through, but can cause discomfort when performing certain activities.
