The pool was lovely and clean. Well maintained. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. The hotel was very clean, it is old fashioned, so if you want modern, it's not for you, but it was right up our street. 15 minutes from Gorica which was perfect for us.

I can't honestly think of anything. It was hot and our air conditioning wasn't cooling us, but they provided us with a fan which did a great job.

Very stylish old villa. Not only in name - an actual, real, proper villa. Old and not modern? Certainly. But I thought this was actually a good thing: The older style is beautiful. The villa has character and isn't a soulless modern sterile environment like very new hotels often try to be. It's a bit like traveling in time, to what was considered luxurious a few decades ago.

The dinner menu was not enticing. Can't say much on the quality of the food because I chose to eat somewhere else but spaghetti Bolognese and Wiener Schnitzel are not the most creative options. Unfortunately there was a bad smell coming from my shower drain.

Lovely location en route France-Hungary. 2nd time staying and will be back. Lovely staff and clean rooms. Plenty of historical memories on show too which is cool to look at.

We ate at the restaurant the week before and we didn't need to prebook, just when we checked in, we booked. This time we were told the restaurant was fully booked and were suggested some local places. We had driven 8hrs so didn't feel like dining so got takeaway pizza. The restaurant was not fully booked as we had been told, in fact was half empty so that was disappointing. Perhaps something happened we didn't know about.

A charming hotel, which we stayed in for just one night. When we arrived we were given two rooms on different floors, but reception moved us to neighbouring rooms on request. The breakfast had a good variety of food on offer. Our dog was made to feel welcome.

The evening meal was okay, but nothing special.

The hotel is located on a nice location. Higher floors are reachable by elevator. Basic but nice room with a comfortable shower. There's even a small fridge. Good place to stay with a nice breakfast provided.

The view from the window was not very special, looking out straight to the windows of the rooms on the other side. It was a hot period when I was staying here, so I was happy to find a small bottle of water in the mini fridge. Very thoughtful towards your guests, I thought. But I was slightly disappointed when on checkout I needed to pay for it. It could be a nice gesture, just saying.

The breakfast was pretty good, the location was amazing, with numerous birds and an overlooking vineyard—excellent and great value for money. The staff were also charming.

Perhaps it could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn't a real problem.

They lock up at night. There was a board in reception showing the code of how to get in at night. My Dad and I had forgotten the code (one number out), so we struggled to get in

Wonderful little place with a lovely welcoming staff! The swimming pool was a welcome relief from the crazy heat although I wish it stayed open a little longer than 7pm as we only got a short time. Authentic Italian food in the restaurant & the staff were lovely!

A little uncomfortable just because of the heatwave as the aircon isn’t great but it’s an authentic old Italian hotel so not possible to keep its history and modernise.

Breakfast was quite good , the location was really nice although we were eaten by moscitos ;-( It is bicycle friendly place and on the Alpe Adria route so perfect for us. The reception was amazing , helped me arrange surprice for my friend traveller who had birthday on arrival day.

The atmosphere and decoration of this place is a bit weird. The food was not as good as you might expect.

Diana at the reception was very friendly and available to us. We were happy to communicate with her when she was working. The location was calm at the heart of Cormons. We all loved the pool and the worker at the pool bar was very friendly too. Food was good at the hotel restaurant and a big parking area is a plus. We stayed few nights and it was like going back on time in a good way.

The hotel is in need for an update since it’s old. The toilet didn’t work at all in our room when we arrived and when we came to tell about this the receptionist wasn’t even sorry for this, like it was our fault. We got to change the room but still even the other toilet didn’t flush well. There are also a problems with the keyes fitting to door locks since they are old. Staff not much smiling at the breakfast room.
