I know people are suspicious of max stars but you have my word. This is a great little hotel. So friendly and cannot do enough for you. We arrived and asked for a beer and crisps. They don't have a bar, but you can get drinks. But along with a very nice beer in the little cute courtyard, they came out with a feast. The breakfasts are exceptional, more than you could ever want and prepared with such care and attention. The owner treats you as a good friend and with a professional eye for detail. It is a short walk to a really lovely town Awesome stay

I wish I could have stayed longer

Breakfast was amazing. Huge selection of sweet and savory items. All super tasty and fresh. Really nice to wake up and have such nice food waiting downstairs.

Staff is friendly and efficient. They are eager to make all guests feel happy and comfortable. They are always offering more. Highly recommend the hotel and also Udine, which I hadn't visited in the past. Beautiful city. Loads of cafés and restaurants, shops, sites, etc. Food and wine festival opened during my visit, so downtown is lively with great food stalls and little shops.

The breakfast was amazing, a lot of different choices and high quality. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

During the night, the room was a little bit noisy. You could hear the mini fridge in the room making noises and you could also hear people talking on the hallway or the bathroom in the adjacent rooms.

The staff were so lovely and they gave us gifts as we was there for the super cup they gave us free hats and t shirts that said psg vs Tottenham and the hotels name on them

Nothing it was amazing

Exceptional breakfast, very warm and caring owners and staff, stylish rooms in a soothing dark blue. Together with the air condition, the room was a blue oasis amid Italian summer temperatures. We actually came back every afternoon to nap and rest which we usually don't do because the room was so pretty and cool.

Great hotel, handily located within walking distance of the city centre. The owner made us feel extremely welcome and was super helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

Street noise in the morning was a little disturbing. Recommend a room facing the rear of the building, not the street.

It is situated in a quiet street, 10min walking to the centre of the picturesque old town. It has its own, payable, secure parking. The room was relatively small but clean and well equipped, and the AC proved to be very efficient, despite the heatwave outside. Most of all we enjoyed the exceptionally friendly and helpful service. We arrived a bit late, at about 6 PM, and we were surprised to find out the owner left us two huge bottles of water (very well received taking into account the heat we endured that day) and some cookies and fruits as well. We enjoyed a very tasty breakfast. We were impressed by the friendly and efficient service and by the advice we were given for sightseeing and dining out. Antonio, Roberta, and their team are really great hosts.

I loved my stay, even if it was for only one night. I felt like I was visiting some friends and not just a hotel. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty, the location was very good. I recommend this place with all my heart.

Friendly and nice owner as well as staff, quite room, 10 min distance to the Downtown. Very good and tasty breakfast. I like an hotel and room equipment as well as small, but nice surprises like candies and bottle of wine.

Dark blue color of room walls, however it was my mistake. I need to be more careful during room checking via internet.
