Great hotel with great location in a very historical area village called palmanova, I would like to thank Ms Dian she was very supportive and really represents high quality customer support. Also not to forget they have private garage where guests can park their cars it cost 10 euros per day

There were not fixable in the checkout, we were preparing our luggages and late by 10 minutes after 10 o’clock, and someone knocked the room door to tell us we have to leave, which I don’t like

The hotel has good location in Palmanova. We were on a bike tour and could leave our bikes in the garden under a roof. The chek-in was quick. Our family room had a double bed and a bunk bed, as show on the pictures. The room was suitable for disabled persons, so it had a huge bathroom - we liked it. The breakfast was rich.

The water running from the tap was warm, therefore we could not drink it. But there was a small refigarator in the room, where we could cool the water.

This is the third time I come to the same hotel, which means that the hotel meets my expectations. Parking provided, location very good. Staff very friendly every time. Everything is very clean. ​

Since I am coming for the third time, I always have the same complaint. None of the staff seem to read the reviews. The mattresses on the bed are very bad. I always say the same thing at the reception and I just get a smile and an apology. There's nothing to apologize for if you wake up with a big backache and a bad night's sleep. That's my only complaint.

Cleanliness, location, nice looking interior, staff, comfortable bed.

-The unbearable strong smell of chemicals used for cleaning, it was really impossible to ventilate the room the whole our stay. Don't know the reason why they use such aggressive liquids. -Although you can use code (you get it after the check-in at reception) for opening hotel door, room and parking zone, they don't do late check-in (not possible to enter the property after 22:00h). We did not have that problem as we arrived earlier, but some options should be available for late check-in (like verifying the customer and giving the access code via SMS/email) -There is no fried eggs for breakfast

The accommodation was well located, easy to find. The hotel was modern and pleasant. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was surprisingly large and the bathroom was good as well. The breakfast was - fortunately - not just a typical Italian breakfast, but also included cold cuts, cheese and vegetables. The coffee was delicious - but that's not surprising in Italy :-) The staff at the breakfast was very welcoming as well. There are many shops and eating places around the accommodation. We liked it.

There is not any parking place at the hotel, but there is a big outdoor parking in the near (10 minutes walk from the hotel) (area di parcheggio Molo 4).

We arrived at the hotel in between showers and were not disappointed. It is really easy to find and is a short walk from the main square. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The reception area is bright and welcoming, there is also a lift to use to get to your room. if you have heavy cases. The room was bright and airy with a view of the garden. There was air-conditioning in the room as well as a fridge which you can use if you buy any products to keep cool. The bathroom was of a good size, but the shower cubicle was a bit on the small side. But, that said the shower was really powerful and exactly what you want, with 2 shower heads. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. There was also a small TV on the desk. Breakfast was downstairs in the bar area and was scrummy-yummy, with plenty of choice. There is also a car park at the rear of the hotel and it is about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Will so be coming back to stay!

Excellent location in the center within walking distance of the square. Super breakfast and friendly staff who, among other things, are happy to prepare a good Italian cappuccino or espresso as desired. Pleasant receptionist with excellent English and willing to give advice. Possibility to park the motorcycle in a covered and safe place for a reasonable fee.

During the short time we have encountered nothing to complain about.

Lovely location and easy to get to for an overnight stop, the staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful with advance information and late arrival instructions. The family room was a good size and all was very clean. Breakfast was delicious!

There was a very strong air freshener smell in the room which was a bit overwhelming, and the bed was not very comfortable

Even though Palmanova is a small town, the location could not have been better, as everything is near, including the great pizza restaurant across the entrance. The parking is good and convenient, the room above average and the breakfast adequate. Overall, a convenient choice for spending a night in Palmanova.

The A/C unit was large, noisy and somewhat inefficient, installed on the bed level and aimed directly at it. The unit got the job done, but struggled a lot. Other than that, no complaints.

The hotel is very good, the location excellent, parking in the closed yard attached to the hotel from the back-side available (for extra money though) . The hotel has a very good breakfast possibilities, we enjoyed it very much in our one-night stay. If in the environs in the future, we would come to this hotel again for sure.

The bed was a bit too much bouncy, but otherwise OK.
