It was easy to find the hotel. Having its own parking. Room is comfortable. Wi-Fi was good and stabile. Good location for my trip - as a station on the way. Staff is polite and efficient. Clear instructions were sent by message - how to find and take keys, wi-fi password, breakfast time and place (if a guest is coming after 21:00).

My room was oriented toward parking. Ventilation system on that side, behind the restaurant, is very noisy. Window must be closed during the night, and I am missing fresh air. Breakfast is very modest.

The location was questionable at first but then resulted that it`s in a quiet area, close to Trieste airport and Palmanova shopping mall. Parking is easy within premises and breakfast is great. Rooms are clean too.

The stay was absolutely amazing. The whole experience felt very nice and we will definitely be back. My wife has coeliac disease and they gave her a wide choice of GF breakfast. The room was spacious enough and very clean. There is also a big parking so we didn’t have any problem with that. Host was super accommodating and warm, we recommend you to stay here when visiting Palmanova

Good water pressure in the shower, comfortable bed, quiet location. Helpful staff. Good pizza restaurant down the road. Rooms were clean. Car parking was good. Very good communication with hotel before arrival.

Rooms were a little basic. The decor could be improved to make the rooms a bit more cosy.

A very cozy and nice place to stay, very clean rooms, friendly personnel, simple but very nice italian breakfast and the greatest thing is that the hotel is dog friendly, and we also got food bowls for our dog. Grazie mille ☺️

Great staff.

The bedding was a bit disappointing — instead of a proper duvet, there were only woven blankets with a sheet beneath.

The staff was extremely friendly and spoke English very well. We only stayed for one night as we were travelling through and wanted a place not too far from the highway. For that it was perfect. Room had aircon and the breakfast was a lot better than we expected :)

Easy to find the hotel and the entrance by clear signs. Parking lot in the back yard that is convenient.
