An outstanding place to spend a few days in a cozy atmosphere and relax. I felt like I came to my friends. I really a spacious room and a fully equipped bathroom. Special thanks to Jole, who was very careful and friendly. I left my sweater in my room and she put effort to make sure it is delivered to my home in another country. Highly recommend! If I ever come to that part of Italy, I will not think much about where I should stay overnight.

No complains at all

A great place to stay for visiting Udine (only a 10 minute drive away) or for a stopover on a longer drive as it is conveniently located off of the Autostrada. We were also thankful that we could bring our dog! It was quiet, spotlessly clean and comfortable and there are quite a few nice restaurants in the surrounding villages. The breakfast was also fresh and very generous! Significantly better than your typical plastic-wrapped cookies that you often get. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful room in a nice house in a very quiet location. Parking is available for free in the backyard. Iole was very kind and it was easy to communicate with her: she took good care of us. The breakfast was good, with a large choice of fresh food.

We liked everything! If we have to mention one thing, maybe the lighting in the bathroom could be improved.

We are happy that we chose this place for our one-night stay. The surroundings are peaceful, and there are nice places to walk with the dog. The room is spacious and very clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I believe this is everything one could need for a great rest during their journey.

Favourable location, tidy and green neighbourhood, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms in a perfectly built house furnished with really nice taste. You get everything you need without any unnecessary things or treatment. Nice and perfect housewife. Great, perfectly served breakfast.

The property is a villa in quiet neighborhood, with terrace and garden. The property is very clean. The property owner is very helpful and prepares delicious breakfasts. The room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, big bathroom. It is a good option for those traveling by car or bike. Good place to rest after long journey or work. We would definitely like to go back there one day!

Very nice house, perfect little room with a huge bathroom. The brackfast was excellent. For our dogs it was alse very welcoming. We surely will book it again, absulitely recommanded.
