I can only say positive things about our stay! The gentlemen at reception were exceptionally kind and helpful – they were already waiting for us, even though I booked the accommodation just half an hour before our arrival. The location is fantastic, and our spacious room had a lovely view of a small river. Everything worked perfectly, and we were able to park our car safely on-site. The entire place was spotless and tastefully decorated, and it’s conveniently close to the motorway. The surrounding area is beautiful, with Lidl and Spar just a few meters away. Unfortunately, we couldn’t try the breakfast as we had to leave very early, but it’s great to know that they can provide special gluten-free meals on request. The Chichibo restaurant recommended by the receptionist was also superb, serving delicious gluten-free options. I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to everyone – we will definitely be staying here again!

I can't say anything

Breakfast is reasonable for a 3-star hotel. Coffee was better than in most hotels, although worse than in most bars in Italy. Rooms were very large with a nice table and lazy chair. Nice set of toiletries. Hotel near the road and 20 minutes away from the center on foot. Bed was reasonable. Available parking space, covered. I may reuse it.

Some weird smell in the bathrooms a couple of times. Some lights not working. Air conditioning stopped working the last day (or they switched it off). Some part is under construction. You have to leave the key in reception when leaving the hotel for a walk/trip. Only one restaurant and gelateria in the walking vicinity.

Spacious room. Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Large supermarket across the road as well as a restaurant being available in walking distance (2 minutes). Excellent location to explore the wider region by car (Udine, Gorizia, Aquileia, Trieste, Cividale del Friuli...).

Very good location for Venice and Aquileia. The room was clean and comfortable, bathroom also. Very friendly receptionist. Covered parking place. We recomend it.
