We stayed here overnight. Judging by the photos, I expected the rooms to be smaller, but in this respect, the accommodation exceeded my expectations. Basically, I liked everything. I will definitely stay here again if I need to spend the night in this area.

We had previously agreed on a check-in time of approximately 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We arrived at around 9:15 p.m. At around the same time, we received a message saying that check-in was until 9:30 p.m. Considering that we had traveled almost 1,000 km to get to this accommodation, there was a high probability that we would arrive closer to 10:00 p.m. and be left without a place to stay for the night. It would be good to receive such important information in advance, rather than 15 minutes before closing time. But it's good that everything ended well.

It is a spacious, very clean room, nearby high way on route Udine-Trieste/Venice. The owner and the stuff are extremely customer focused and friendly. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious, very tasty local food and wine. The breakfast was great. We have also purchased the locally produces wine, which was amazing.We will definitely come back whenever we are on this route through Italy.

I like everything with this property. Clean, cosy, comfortable, very good bed, spacious bathroom, high quality you feel everywhere. Nice restaurant. Good wine. Definitely come back for a longer stay to enjoy food and wine!

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms, everything is new and very clean, nice vintage furniture, welcome coffee, tea and wine of own production from the host. Good italian breakfast. The hotel is family-run, surrounded by vineyards, there is a playground. Overall, a very cozy place!

We've stayed here before as it's close to family. A relaxing place to stay with a lovely view out of the window. The breakfast of pastries, cooked meats, cheese, juice & coffees was delcious!

There was nothing not to like!

Very nice located agriturismo with a view in the vineyards. The owner himself welcomed us and showed us the very clean room. It seems that the whole building was new renovated or build up in the old style, but really high quaility. All windows had new fly-screen. Outside the rooms is a small kitchen where you get a free italian espresso, some vines form the farm and some cookies if you have a snack attack. When we left the farm after 2 nights, we got a nice bottle of white vine form the owner. We will come back, when we will reach this area around Udine again.

Beatiful house,super breakfast, coffe, ham and cheese, typical italian ☺️ Super friendly landlord, everything was fanatstic. Great area, calm and beautiful!!! I d like to recommend to anyone!!! I hope i will come back!

Everything was perfect from late check in to room and cleanliness to abundant breakfast. Very friendly reception. Nearby excellent Trattoria with excellent food and great price. On top the property has big gardens all around with toys for the children to play, and it also has its own vineyards and you can taste one of the best natural wine produced within the property while you keep an eye on the kids. Paradise on earth..!!

Nothing...everything was fabulous....allowed late check out, and the rooms are very large with an excellent air conditioning system. Clean towels and nice bed lining. Very comfortable overall. The owner receives you as his own family.

The owners were very kind and helpful to us. The rooms are quiet, the bathroom is large and comfortable. The breakfast was really excellent.

The room does not have so much space due to the large and beautiful antique wardrobe.

Accommodation was clean and comfy, the family who runs the place was super nice and friendly. There's even restaurant opened a few days a week now, so we had a lovely meal and a nice wine.
