Fabulous location right on the main Piazza . Free parking behind the hotel. Good A/C which was essential as it was so very hot outside . Modern superior room . Very friendly staff . Extremely clean, lift to upper floors .

Breakfast was very hit and miss , hardworking staff struggle to replenish the food as they have to bring everything over from the kitchen across the road and if you timed it wrong you could end up not having much choice . No complimentary water in the room which is usually standard across Italy, not fair especially when the weather is so hot. Dreadful cheap pillows .

Great location right on the main square and only a few minutes from the motorway (but no road noise!!!). Hotel has parking just a few metres away from reception which is ok to find - just ask for sat nav location. Superior rooms are well equipped and have good a/c and view onto main square. Very good breakfast with good choice of hams, meats, cheeses as well as breads jams and cereals. Excellent coffee freshly made for you. We are returning guests and very satisfied.

Works very well as stop over hotel

The hotel is located in the City Center, just in one of the main square corner. The room was comfortable and with a nice view on piazza. Very good location for one night when you are on transit. Quite good selection of food for breakfast, with variety of sliced meat and cheese, and also vegatebles and fruits.

The only thing we can complain was the air conditioning, which didn't work well that night we stayed at the hotel. There was a problem in the whole hotel that day, but responsiveness of hotel staff was extraordinary and we were very pleased how they approached the issue. Thank you!

The breakfast is perfect and the personal touch preparing eggs as you wish extends that. The location is absolute in the center and nevertheless good free parking option. It's the perfect location to combine leisure and work. Palmanova city, the region with many intereresting spots (food, etc.), the sea and the outlet. It'sa great location from where you can do whatever you want. Weŗe coming here every year for one or two days and will continue to do so.

We stayed in Ai Dogi for one night on our way from Switzerland to Croatia. It is a cozy hotel on Piazza Grande in Palmanova. Our room was located not in the main hotel building but closer to the square and had a great view. The city church is close by but sound isolation if good and it did not bother us. The breakfast was very good! A few restaurants are in the walking distance. The hotel has its own parking.

Lovely small hotel in a perfect location in this UNESCO Heritage town! Our ground floor room was really big, king bed, walk in closet, huge new bathroom with great modern shower and facilities. The welcoming staff spoke English fluently, told us about the town and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly! The hotel has easy free parking which is very unusual in an Italian old city center! The location on the central piazza next to the church is perfect! We heartily recommend this lovely little hotel!

Hotel is in a fantastic location with safe parking spaces. Views of the central square were brilliant. Fabiana, on reception, was excellent and could not be more helpful... we were shown several rooms and had our free choice, she gave great recommendations for supper. Breakfast was great, good choice of cheeses, hams, etc and excellent coffees.

I would highlight the comfort, cleanliness, tranquility, and quality of the services. The hotel is renovated, modern, located in the central square of Palmanova... a delight! The breakfast was very good. There are restaurants, terraces, and excellent food nearby. For us, it was a one-night stay on the way to France — I recommend it to anyone!

The property is in a wonderful location, is clean and family run. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to accommodate their guests. It’s our third time staying when flying in and out of Venice to avoid the high costs and crowds of Venice. We highly recommend it.

Just minor nitpicks. The duvet sheets are in such way that it's both easy for them to fall apart, and difficult to put back together. Also the pineapple juice at the breakfast was more watery then Juicy
