The staff was very helpful and courteous. When we asked if we could check in earlier than the arranged time, it was no problem and the room was already ready. At the reception we were told that our parkingspace was also ready and that we could park there immedeatly. Our was a bit cramped for 3 people but still very comfortable and completely adequate for an overnight stay. Since we could not book the breakfast option via booking.com it was no problem to add it to our stay at the reception. The breakfast itself was very tasty and had a vast selection of very delicious italian pastries. Even tho we could get a coffee by ourselves the waiter offered us fresh cappucino and for our son a hot chocolate (that was very kind ;) ) All in all, we had a very nice overnight stay.

There is nothing we could say negative about our stay.

Everything was great with the hotel and the service. Note to future visitors to the city of Udine. In the evening, after about 10:00 pm, it is almost impossible to call/get a taxi, which of course has nothing to do with the hotel. From the center to the hotel you have about 45 minutes of walking, but the city is safe, the walk is pleasant.

easy access from highway and back (did stay for a stop along the route), guaranteed parking if you reserve (it's a small additional fee) so no looking for spots. Excellent communication from the hotel on everything. very rich breakfast offering.

it was all as expected. well, there's not a lot around the hotel I think, but we weren't looking for that.

The family room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room is not carpeted which is a big plus. The room is at not facing the busy street and is quiet at night. But unfortunately on Friday and Saturday, there were some public concerts that last till midnight. Location is ok, close to city center, perfect as a day trip to close by villages.

The internet was not that stable somehow. More hooks in the bathroom would help esp. it is a family room.

The staff - especially Luca (special thanks to him) were really excellent - so very helpful. The extremely large bed. The nearby restaurant where we had an exceptional dinner. And finally the huge selection available at breakfast - everything fresh and constantly being replenished and the coffee machine coffee was the best I've tasted in a hotel. Freshest bread and we shared a dark chocolate croissant, which was memorable...!

The room is very dark - shades of dark brown and black. We felt the external shuttering and metal grills were all about architectural 'style' and not at all about guest comfort - the shuttering doesn't open and so doesn't let light into the room - which we found oppresive. Also, the balcony smelt of cigarette smoke - we are non-smokers. But this didn't spoil our stay - we would have liked to have been able to open the shuttering to let some light in and be able to look out - but we were only there for one night, so it wasn't a major issue.

Staff is very friendly and professional, especially Sabrina and Laura. They recommended me excellent restaurants, and they informed me about clothes I forgot. Cleanliness is on a high level. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Friuli.

Small tripple room is a little bit small.

Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, modern, nice shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good Sicilian pastry place nearby.

Everything was perfectly fine, but it was bit overpriced for a very standard (and a bit worn out) room. On top of it, the baby cot is 15€/night and the underground parking another 9€/night. Not much around.

Great hotel for a stay at Udine. Very nice and friendly staff, good location and convenient parking. They have two AC chargers for electric cars (should really mention them on the hotel page) with very reasonable pricing.

Parking for our motorcycle. Breakfast was excellent. Location was very good if a wee walk isn''t a problem. Staff were excellent and helpful....shout out to Louis.

Sadly no smart TV in today's world a smart TV is what everyone looks for. .

Clean comfortable room (family was double) with a lovely terrace. Very very comfortable bed as well as the sofa. Ok breakfast, if you don’t want to explore local pastries.

Tv is a clear distraction on some shelf, that needs to be put on the wall.
