A hotel in a massive building that has seen better days, looks like a wedding venue. Nonetheless, rooms were spacious and clean, beds comfortable, TV worked, and breakfast was good. The restaurant across the road offers many options, is good value and with very friendly staff. A good stop if you are travelling on the Venice-Milano autostrada.

Only a head shower and an unusually high pet fee (25 euros, usually only 10). Due to several water features at the location, a very abundant population of mosquitoes was tormenting us outside.

We absolutely loved this place, with so much history, and in the same time perfectly accommodating my family of four. The beds were the most comfortable beds ever. The hotel is a 1500 old mansion with gives a glimpse into history of Italy. Amazing. I loved it. The best thing we deeply appreciated was bottles of water at the arrival in the room for free. This is such rarity we saw in the hotels we stayed in our Europe Tour. Thank you for everything.

The breakfast was amazing, great variety and attentive staff replacing items and helping out. The atmosphere and table setting was very appealing, and there was plenty of seating with a view to the outside courtyard. From the lobby to the room, everything was very clean.

We arrived on a pretty warm day, and we tried to turn the A/C on in the room. The fan blew but there was no change in the room temperature. We turned off the fan to let it rest, and when we tried to turn it back on-there was nothing. We didn't report it to the front desk, as with the window open the night air cooled us off. There is farming nearby, and while we loved the country feel, it also included some typical farm smells that I wasn't expecting. My traveling partner and I both thought the beds were a little hard, but we know that others may prefer a firmer mattress.

Very big property to roam around and relax, enough parking space, variety of meals available at the restaurant & even customised dishes are promptly prepared for the clients, plenty of T.V Channels, excellent breakfast, late night check-in, 15 minutes drive to the Bergamo airport or Orio center.

It was 16th Jan 2024 when i drove to this hotel at 21:00 hrs and i selected the 1st route suggested by Google Map this route was with less road lights. Unfortunately it was too much fog and the visibility was very poor (max 5 / 10 meters) in the morning when i checked out i selected the other option of google map. I realised that this was a bigger road with heavy traffic and plenty of road lights. Of course this has nothing to do with the hotel.

We liked the style of this hotel. It is located in an historic walled setting with old, buildings which keep their historic character but are very nicely converted to a modern hotel. The hotel itself is large with large rooms and large corridors around the building. It is quiet and convenient for our return trip to the UK. The restaurant is very good and we enjoyed the food and they provide some very good vegetarian options. Alongside this, the service was excellent.

Although the hotel accepts dogs, we felt that the charge that they made for a dog was excessive (25 euros) and out of sync with other hotels at which we have stayed - these usually charging something around 15 euros. We would have liked coffee/tea making facilities available in our room.

We had a great overnight stay before flying home from Bergamo. The hotel is only 20 min from the airport in quiet countryside. The room was perfect for all of us (family of 4 with teenage kids). We had a great meal in the restaurant and played pool after on the bespoke designer table. The selection for breakfast was amazing. The hotel is in an old monestry which was a little quirky, but everything was modern and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay.

Nothing we didn't like. Just note the breakfast is self service from 7.30 to 10.

the location is too far from any amenities. The hotel must put clear sign on the main road heading to the hotel. The hotel name is the different from written in booking com make it confuse to customers

All the staff where fantastic nothing was too much trouble. Myself and my colleague had booked two single rooms and we were pleasantly surprised to find we had a large double room each the rooms were spotless and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for comfort and value

Stunning hotel, felt like an Italian Palace. Large room, warm on a cold night. Delicious breakfast, choices for everyone.

If you are not familiar with farming life and the associated smells you might not want to be in yjis rural location. We live in a rural community in the UK so not an issue for us.

Beautiful historic property, spacious rooms. A wonderful welcome from Chris and Livio. They were super helpful and made our short stay very comfortable. Great restaurant, all staff welcoming and helpful. Great wine list😊

We arrived in the evening in heavy rain. Used the «directions» link given on Booking.com, which took us to a residential property in nearby Colono al Serio when in fact the property is just outside Muratella. Better directions on this site would help.0
