Large pool, free use of driving range, free shuttle into Garda (although often quite busy). Apartments were clean. Bathroom shower with great water pressure ;). It was possible to book trips/ guided tours to Verona and Venice through an office on the property. Great air conditioning and WiFi. Besides the restaurant on the property, there were also some lunch/dinner options in walking distance.

Pool, despite the size, was often crowded. It also had a concrete/cement floor which could be rough on your feet. Apartments could use an update. Prices for drinks at pool bar were a bit more expensive than the signs would lead you to believe. (Cocktails 6.50 instead of 6). Staff was nice enough but didn’t “volunteer” any information about activities, restaurant offerings and so forth.

The flat was clean and very functional. We did not miss anything. The resort is extraordinary with an excellent pool area with snack and drinks bar, good small football pitch with artificial loan (with flood light), a great and air-conditioned gym and four tennis courts (sand - as well with flood light). WiFi coverage and signal were very good.

The mattress of the queen-size bed in the major bedroom was too soft.

Amazing view and a lot of sport facilities , such as football field, playground, tennis courts, etc. Sufficient room for a family if 2 adults + 2 kids. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils & appliances. Quiet all the time. Very good location to reach Gardaland and the cities around Gardalake.

Cleaning should be improved. Upon check in, the floors were dirty and dusty. No soap or shampoo was available, we had to contact reception to have them provided.

The apartment was basic but perfectly adequate and air conditioning tgroughout was great. The pool was great. Lovely view to the lake. We hired a car so only used the shuttle bus once but did notice that there were often large queues etc.two good restaurants within walking distance.

Restaurant was expensive so only went once. The bike hire was limited and expensive but they did put us in contact with a local bike hire shop who delivered the bikes to us which was good.

It's a beautiful resort. We had an apartment with a kitchenette. Beautiful views from the patio. Great facilities, which we unfortunately did not use as we were out all day every day.

The fact that you don't give your guests towels! There is no cleaning service. The were no extra dustbin bags. I think these things should be mentioned to people when booking at Poiana, so that they can come prepared. The pool and gym open only at 9am, which is a pity, as a lot of people like to work out before breakfast.

Very nice and clean facility. It's a bit away from Garda Town but they provide a regular free shuttle. Pool was nice and they have good facilities. Apartment is spacious

Distance from the town requires a shuttle. At busy periods you will have to wait for the shuttle to empty and return to collect you. Apartments are a 5-7 minute walk to the reception area, uphill. You could organise a transport though. There is no supermarket on site but there is a small shop. Its cash only. Pool bar is room charge or a pre-paid card. If you purchase prepaid cards (10 euro each) on your bank card, you cannot get refunded the difference.... Decor of the apartment is dated but fine.

Great facilities large pool including kids pool. Lots of extra activities offered like yoga, gym kids club, driving range, pool games. Fabulous view of the lake from our Balcony. Shuttle bus to the lake. Pool bar with snacks.

Kids pool could have been cleaner, chipped paint on the bottom of the pool. Restaurant food just average.

The resort itself is a perfect place to stay for a longer time - it is a very beatiful place with amazing views, 50m long outdoor swimming pool, spa etc. The beds were comfy, for a 1 night stay it was good value for money.

Our apartment was very tiny. There was no hand soap, no such basic things. You have to have dishwashing liquid etc with you.

Pool was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of different activities to do during the day.

Appartments were up a steep hill. My husband has problem with his mobility and asked the porter with a golf caddy for lifts up the hill all the time. The supermarket shop was only open for 2 hours in the morning and had a very poor selection of food.

The location in between a mountain range have stunning views. I never excepted those views from accommodation in our budget. The whole complex was extremely clean and well maintained, including the pool area. There you found plenty of sun loungers and a bar for snacks and drinks. The welcome from the staff was wonderland, very professional. Public transport from Garda Town seemed efficient enough and reasonable price.

The apartment we stayed in have spectacular views, but was very high up. Myself and my friend have slight problems getting up and down but decided to stay put because of the views. There is (a so-called) shop but very little stock. The nearest is in Garda which wasn't ideal. Shuttle bus provided by the hotel to get down to Garda was good but not available all day long.
