Charming hotel with old world character. It's like visiting a friend. A warm welcome from all on the friendly team. I think they are charming too. Friendly, smiling, approachable and helpful. It's a happy place. They made our stay special. It's cleaned daily and is shiny clean. 3 fresh towels daily - may be excessive but it felt nice. Our room, when we arrived seemed small and dark but once the doors were open to our own, private patio with table and chairs and 2 relaxing chairs, it was lovely. We sat out there a lot with some wine and relaxed. Bed is large and comfortable with good quality bedding. We slept well. It's a very quiet area. But you may here neighbours going in and out and some talking. There was no noise during our sleeping times. Sofas in the lounge area and outdoor seating areas are good if not venturing out. Garden is beautifully kept with sun and shade areas. There's a 24 hour cafe and snacks available. They will also order food from restaurants in the town for delivery. Breakfast is buffet and plentiful. Fresh cakes daily too. Fregene is a lovely little town. Cafes, restaurants and, of course, ice cream. We walked lots - nearest restaurants are 15/20 minutes walk. Nice, safe roads. The beach with it's many fish restaurants/clubs is 10 minutes walking. It was the perfect relaxation stay.

Very quaint hotel, lovely location to be close but away from the airport. We stopped here for one night before taking the plane home the following day. Lovely quaint hotel, and a good location to be close to the airport (20 mins) but not feel it at all. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had asked for a cot for our baby and it was all ready and set up for us

They need to implement more sustainable practices - no need for plastic wrapped plastic cups, and plastic wrapped toiletries, as examples, anymore

It was just Charming... We had spent 2 wks in Rome and on a cruise. This was only an overnight stay before we came home, and it made us want to stay another week. It was just a beautiful little seaside town with beautiful beaches and beautiful beach clubs. The food was amazing, and the hotel was an old what looked to be a farmhouse that was converted. It even had the old church keys that you used to lock your door. We just enjoyed everything they arranged for a ride to the airport the next morning for us, and we hated to go. Very, very relaxing and so quiet 🤫 Absolutely Beautiful

There was nothing to not like it was perfect!!

Continental breakfast with ham, cheese eggs, toast, cakes, fruit and yoghurt. Excellent americano coffee and juices. Only 9 euros each, good value. There is a restaurant on the beach same hotel. But swimming pool not open until June.

Wish we could have booked a shuttle from airport as Hotel a long way from train station. Did book shuttle to take us to the station on a day out to central Rome 22 euros. Taxi at airport set fee 55 euros. if you visit tobacconist a one day travel ticket is 8 euros, for train metro and bus.

Check in and out process was efficient and seemless. The room was clean. We just stayed one night before our flight from Rome and had to check out early in the morning so we didn't have breakfast. We didn't have so much time to visit around the property, we just walked to the beach but everywehere in the beach was closed due to the season (October), i guess.

Rooms are practical with everything you need for a short stay. We stayed for one night before a flight. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Short walk to the beach which was a lovely surprise.

Rooms aren’t well soundproofed, so we could hear the crying baby next door very clearly.

Clean, small boutique hotel( villa). They ordered a driver to pickup us up from FCO to hotel round trip, 55 Euros, 1 way. Beach 2 blocks away. Beautiful outdoor area with 2 friendly hotel cats who are well taken care of & of course sterilized. Since we did not have a car The staff ordered pizza and salad for delivery& it was delicious after a long 24 hour trip from the States.We were able to purchase wine& bottled water& they do have pastas to order as well. Everything you need for a tired traveller . Very clean facilities in an older building, but, updated rooms& baths. We were well rested for our morning flight to Sicily. Very helpful staff, small intimate hotel& great comfortable outdoor seating.

Nothing not to like.

Just a lovely feel, relaxed and inviting, staff very friendly, gave us a free coffee after we missed breakfast, rented us bicycles at half price, helpful with figuring out bus times etc. I had a feeling when looking at the website it was going to be a lovely, relaxed place, cheap and cheerful - by no means high luxury but everything you need.

We stopped in at this hotel for a quick overnight before heading to the Rome Airport. We arrived late, around 10pm, and they happily checked us in. Our room was large, and had all the amenities needed. We loved that we could hear the ocean from our room, and it was quiet! We had our own little balcony, too. We enjoyed a full and impressive breakfast on our way out the door in the morning. Clean room! Everyone working there is very friendly. They offer a lot of amenities, such as massages as well! Would have taken advantage if we had more time.

The beds were not the most comfortable. Also, the walls in this place are thin! If you are a light sleeper, probably not the hotel for you. We could hear our neighbor snoring... glad we were on the end of the hall, but couldn't imagine having two rooms on either sides of us with how we could hear through them.

The beach and pool are lovely , the staff are helpful and nice , the breakfast is tasty , the dinner in the restaurant beside the sea is fantastic and finally the place is quite and clean. There is a train station not far from the hotel and we used it to visit Rome , you can reach it by bus or taxi.

Almost nothing, just there is no metro from or to airport but the hotel offered a taxi and he came at time.
