We had a fantastic stay at Il Ciliegio dell’Etna. The communication with the hosts was smooth and friendly, even with our late-night arrival. Everything was clearly explained, and check-in was easy. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the restaurant – truly something special! Delicious food, great service, and a perfect way to end each day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Etna region.

The property is situated below Etna, so you have views of the volcano which stretch to the sea. The breakfast was really good, the place was clean and the food was very tasteful as well. The property is in a very quiet place and the sunrise is outstanding.

Actually nothing, but I would have preferred a place with a swimming pool especially in summer time. For my liking, this is a place to relax in winter time.

The room was clean and functional but above all the welcoming staff member (Maria) was extremely kind, helpful and obliging. There was a nice sea view. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was classy and the food was good quality.

I was surprised by the lack of facility to easily obtain a coffee or drink before the restaurant opened. I was perhaps irrationally disappointed to have no view of Mount Etna without going for a walk up a steepish hill.

The property location was great for us. We had a car so we could day trip and then come back for a rest and enjoy dinner in their fabulously delicious restaurant. Some of the best food we have had.

Lots of stairs but if you take it slow it all works out.

Located in quiet rural zone, surrounded by fruit trees. Modest, fully equipped and clean rooms. Parking was no problem at all. Great buffet breakfast was ready early in the morning. Very friendly staff. As we were exhausted and late we decided to also have dinner in their restaurant.

Lovely, peaceful spot with great views. The staff were extremely friendly and the restaurant/ pizzeria is fantastic- great food, excellent wine list and very large portions! Considering the price paid, Il Ciliegio Dell’Etna is fantastic value for money.

The hotel is situated in a very nice location...our bedroom was ideal for 2 adults and 2 kids, bfast was ok and the restaurant onsite is just super convenient after spending a whole day out plus the food is to die for...

It is set in a beautiful area in the country side. Has a wonderful restaurant on site which was very busy on our night stay (a Saturday night in July) however the food was delicous and the views and atmosphere were just perfect. Turned out to be one of our favorite stops while in Sicily - would definetly return and recommed. Parking on site, just a few steps away from the room. Breakfast was a nice buffet selection.

Nice place between trees with easy access to East coast. It is old, but in the 4 people room, the space was enough, the pillows and beds confortable. Good restaurant and we saw three tomes fireworks from events. The best orange I ever eaten, picked bu me from their tree (after their approval, of course).

Lack of toiletries (yet we received toothpaste &toothbrush but no shower gel). The restaurant is closed in Mondays and we were not told so.

We stayed there for three nights. Everything was perfect: the location, the views, the food, the room, and the staff, especially the ladies at the breakfast, Luca, who served us dinner, and the receptionists. It was our first time there, but definitely not the last. Thank you so much.
