Quite a nice hotel that can accommodate two adults and two children in one room. The parking space was great. It was quiet at night with no traffic around. Nice lady at the reception who recommended us a lot of places to go and where to park. I recommend

What was bad was the non-Italian annoyed waiter ("willingness" as in France :-) ) at breakfast. Breakfast was average at best. The bathroom and shower are sufficient for Pygmies, for a European from the north it is a logistical Tetris. But it is survivable and I would happily return here.

The hotel was more than we expected.very nicly decorated and very clean.was there on NewYears Day,we only wished restaurant was open for dinner as looked vry nice from the outside.centre is about 15 mins by car and very nice too.We also had a nice breakfast .Staff was very nice .great english and helpful.would really recomend

If only restaurant was open we could enjoy the evening cozy inside. ☺️.

Restaurant was closed on sunday and monday In the evenings the hotel went dead very quickly - despite its surroundings (ie veranda) being very pretty - there are no lights to illuminate it and if you want to chill and have a drink with your friends only suitable place is the hotel lobby

Hotel was fairly new. Room size was big as we are traveling with 2 dogs. plenty of space. Hotel restaurant was really good and reasonably price. Breakfast was excellent. Even though there was nothing much around the hotel. but will definitely stay there again for the price and quality. Car recommended to move around.

Lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds on the outskirts of town. Great swimming pool and lots of parking. Very helpful staff and we had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. There was a very extensive delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee!

Very nice staff, available and supportive; very good location right outside the city centre, easy to reach. Our son and dog loved the playground area and the big garden, both well kept. There is a very nice terrace to enjoy in summer evenings; rooms are well equipped and the breakfast is good. We found the restaurant very convenient with very nice staff, amazing food and the possibility to go with kids and dog.

It was not possible to switch off the heating in the room, despite the open window during the night it was very hot inside. The room was a bit small for a family with a 3 years old kid.

The building is attractive and nicely furnished and decorated. The gardens are beautiful.

We have stayed here before. We always have difficulty in finding the hotel. Neither Toyota navigation system nor Google maps takes us to the right place. More signs on the road would be useful. We ere disappointed that the menu in the restaurant is less extensive and interesting than previously.

Absolute jewel of a stay! Rooms were well-appointed with large bathroom, toiletries, mini-fridge, and even slippers. If staying in the warmer months, there is a pool and children's play area. Michelin restaurant was amazing as you would expect. Breakfast was absolutely perfect, large selection of offerings and wait staff were superb. The check in clerk was so kind and helpful, everyone spoke English (huge bonus for an American family traveling abroad). I will absolutely be returning here for another stay!

Receptionist was wonderful and helpful, provided us with lots of recommendations of where to visit locally. Outdoor swimming pool was relaxing, hotel grounds are well kept. Rooms were up to date and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
