such a lovely hotel, just 4 rooms, in a great location in the middle of small streets just aside the Arcu Te Pratu wich is also an amazing restaurant right outside the hotel (super quiet place). nice breakfast served outside to enjoy the great terrace. the girl who is in charge of all services in the hotel is a hit, always delivering her best!

The position is amazing for visiting the city centre. Staff is only one girl that manages the whole thing and does it very well Great value!

The B&B was nicely located in the old town, walking distance to all the sights. The room was tastefully designed and even the smell when you entered the property was classy 😉

Excellent location, good breakfast, recently renovated with high quality finish. Very handy to several lively areas with restaurants and bars.

The bed was very comfortable so I had a wonderful sleep. The location and price were great too.
The breakfast is a coffee and pastry at a local cafe which is a typical Italian breakfast. It would be nice to have some fruit juice too.

Beautiful room. Property is well located in the centre of Lecce. Lovely breakfast, very friendly staff.
Difficult to find parking. Advisable to reserve a spot beforehand.

The furnishings are great and it’s a beautiful building. Terrace and outdoor space amazing. Beautiful location. Great breakfast on first morning prepared for our room
Other two mornings breakfast was with a €3 voucher for a bad cafe. €3 didn’t get you even half of the breakfast that was prepared for the room on the first morning so we had to pay our own money. Room has a great bower in built but as a result it’s quite a musty smell.

Location is great!
Breakfast seems to be good but unfortunately the supplier decided not to open their business on the day we were there; consequently, lots of itens (cold cuts, yogurt, butter) were missing.
