The front office worker was very nice and helpful, she was waiting for us at the property, helped us with our luggage and the parking and she was available to answer questions via WhatsApp

They didn’t provide clean towels every day , the shower floor mat was soaking in water and the cleaning person folded and put it on top of the shower door which was not pleasant at all, my husband was trying to take a shower in the morning and the water was cold and I wasn’t able to take a shower and wash my hair before starting our day and that wasn’t convenient at all…..,

Clean, new and modern inside yet right in the Historic Centre of Lecce. A very warm welcome from attentive staff. House keeping superb.

Location is great. Staff is very kind and helpful. We had the suit with city view. lots of space with two large couches.

The stairs... if you have luggage and have difficulty with your back/ knees ; it is hard to carry the luggages . The layout is interesting with coffee machine at the back of the bed at a desk however the actual kitchen is by the entrance of the bathroom.

My room was very nice and quiet, i had plenty of space and i was provided lots of clean towels, coffee pods and tea, it was quite nice

Beautiful suite with a lovely view Central location In the heart of Lecce with everything on your doorstep. Helpful, friendly staff - thank you Alessandro. We were not disappointed- would be happy to return.

Nothing - had everything we needed. Some people may find the wardrobe a little small but we were only there 3 days so fine for us.

It was an extremely spacious room/apartment with everything that you require and is in the heart of Lecce, with a wonderful vibe from the Juliet balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and the facilities were great.

I did like allot the location and that the property was so quiet and clean. Everything was excellent view and location. Very good bed and in the morning your open the windows and it’s beautiful.

Nothing was fabulous place

Very central location. Beautiful old building. Comfortable bed. Considering the advertisement as luxury it would have been nice to have hot water in the shower, not just warm. Coffee maker was great. Hot water maker also.

Water was not hot enough for the shower.

They cleaned our room every day. New tiwels The left 2 small bottles of water every day as complimentary....It was nice, especially when we arrived at the place thirsty and my husband loved the Italian coffee.

Nothing really. Real good value with great location. Traveling in different places for the last couple of weeks and this was the best place we stayed

The location is excellent and perfect for a one night stay. We also wanted to check-in early and we were able to collect the keys and leave our bags in the property before going out on a day trip which was really helpful.

Would prefer to pay the tourist tax as part of the booking like in our other stays. We only had €20 cash and didn’t get the correct change because there wasn’t the right amount to give back.
