Cozy and beautiful room with a nice view to the mountain. The staff working there were absolutely amazing with us. We could not miss one breakfast, it was way too good

There is only one card per room and you can hear everything from the hallway. For 3 mornings we woke up around 7am because the neighbour guests were constantly knocking the door so their friends/family could open the door for them. After, they spoke out loud on the hallways like they were the only ones in the hotel. To sum it up. Doors do not isolate noise, making it very loud during mornings.

The hotel itself was wonderful! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to see. The facilities, including the breakfast, were fantastic, and I truly enjoyed my stay overall.

we had a disappointing experience with one staff member who spoke to us in a very rude and dismissive manner. The tone and way he addressed us was quite unpleasant and felt unprofessional. While the rest of the staff were polite and accommodating, this particular interaction left a negative impression. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel for its excellent amenities and location.

The hotel was very comfortable and Romano and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was always very fresh and plentiful and the set dinner menu was tasty and very good value. As we went to this area to ski, we really appreciated the facility to store our skis and have our boots dried out overnight. Location-wise, the hotel is ideally placed to travel by car to the Mottolino ski lift, where there is ample parking.

I don’t think it was clear from the description of the property that this hotel is most definitely NOT in Livigno! It is in a little hamlet close to Trepalle down a winding mountain track, so perfect if you want to ski in this area, but not if you want easy access to Livigno or to any restaurants and bars. You definitely need a car to stay there.

The hotel was beautiful, the views were lovely, the host was welcoming. Even though he didn't speak much English, he managed to give us a good recommendation for a local restaurant for dinner. The room was cosy, with a balcony and underfloor heating in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

We would've liked more pillows. The hotel is not within walking distance of restaurants or bars, which we should've realised, but it was only a short drive away.

Sweet and savory breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom, warm water, it was a pleasure had a shower. The Honer was very kind and friendly, in the morning he helped us defrost our car after one night at -15 degrees. Without his help we would have remained there. Close to Mottolino skyslopes. I recommend this place to everyone !

The host of this small hotel is an amazing person. He serves you with a smile and makes sure you have (more then) enough of everything. The rooms are pleasantly cool, with a small terras to see the beautifull surrounding. Breakfast seems small at first but the longer you are sitting at the table, the more food is brought out of the kitchen. Definitely the place to be in Livigno.

Cosy, well-kept, excellent breakfast and great & friendly service. It’s a bit off the beaten path in Livigno but we loved it for that. Had a late arrival that the owner still solved conveniently for us.

It's too long distance to the ski lift for going on foot. The pillow in the bed was quite bad.

The breakfast starts at 8 and it’s impossible to reach the chair lift on time for the first pistes.

Property was very comfortable, very clean. Amazing views of the countryside. The host was amazing, so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make our stay pleasurable and relaxing
