Perfectly situated, just right next to the ski lifts and the free shuttle buses to the other lifts and the town center. It’s also possible to walk to the town and back to the hotel, it’s a nice walk especially after dinner. We had one of the newer rooms which we loved, nicely decorated, comfortable, many places to put our staff, shelves around the bed for the phones, books etc. There’s a kettle with tea and coffee and a mini fridge. The breakfast was simple but offered a huge variety of sweet Italian pastries.

great location for Mottoljno gondola, close to walking paths, outstandingly friendly staff. room was beautifully clean and well presented. breakfast was truly outstanding. dinner menu was well priced and delicious food. there was an underground parking garage that made snow days a breeze. The on-site bar was friendly and fun to spend time in.. really could not ask for more from the trip.

It was on a busy road, the other side of Livigno has more of a village feel.

Location is excellent- walking distance to Teola lift and very close to Mottolino (free bus shuttle). Pets: excellent service, incl. Bed, bowls and a small gift 🎁 Food: both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Staff: 10+

The access to the reception is down/uphill and it is extremely icey, making it hard to access.

Warm comfortable and clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The overall hotel location was good and the breakfast was excellent. Overall excellent value for money. We would certainly stay here again.

Very comfortable beds!!!!, warm room, towels changed everyday, good location-2 mins walk from ski lift, lovely helpful staff Adults were happy with food, tasty, variety and good size meals(kids not so much), good breakfast

No kids meals at all- that is a no -no for a stay with kids for me personally, breakfast starts too late(having a kid and skiing lesson starting like 8.45 each morning we were always rushing, not enjoying our breakfast at all) and dinner was too late as well( we were sat at 18.30 and food was served from 19.00... Not that i am complaning about shower as i was fine- but someone plus size will not fit in

Snow clearing after a storm is nonexistent. But this seems to be true for the entire town. However, I fell and badly bruised my arm on the stairs outside that were still full of snow/ice 2+ days after a snow storm.. I don’t know how I feel about that…

Perfect location near by bus stop and ski lift. The restaurant has a variety of food and very good wine list. Very good breakfast options, for italians many sweet choice at breakfast. Small but cute spa area, which we use after skiing very offten. Every day cleaned room.

The staff were amazing and helpful, Cleanliness was second to none. Bed was comfortable, with heating being controllable! Lovely view out of our balcony. The spa is amazing with a Suana, plunge pool, showers and lay down beds. Breakfast was beautiful, i’m a vegetarian and there were plant milks, cheeses, eggs, pastries etc to ensure i could eat a variety. Would absolutely recommend this Hotel.

Nothing Particularly, even with it being out of the town it was either a 20 min walk or there is bus stops almost immediately outside.

The staff and the hotel manager are super friendly and will always help. When we arrived, we discovered to have a booking issue, I booked for 5 people but apparently the booking was for 3 people. Seemed like a problem from the booking.com side but the hotel manager helped us immediately. We decided to upgrade the rooms because of the view and size of the room, we got a very good price for the upgrade. Both breakfast and dinner are VERY good! The sauna was easy to book and we used it every day (no hot tub in the hotel). There is an extra external sauna for an additional cost. The hotel location is close to a bus station either to go to Livigno center or other lifts, very comfortable. And the hotel is a small walking distance from a lift to Mottolinio's side.
