The village is amazing! The chalets are so nice, you have everything what you need. The front desk clerk was very helpful, explained everything. Also, the restaurant staff is very nice. I hope we will come back, you have own spa in the chalet, what is so useful after hiking, and I can imagine that also when skiing during wintertime the spa is excellent. The chalet is very romantic for pairs but also big enough for families. The BFST was tasty, and the restaurant view is amazing. I hope we will come back again soon!

We were only little bit confused from packed BFST. We were leaving early before the BFST time and asked for BFST boxes. We only got 1 very small bun per person with ham and cheese, and the rest was only apples, very ripped and brown bananas and some cookies. To get water and juice were great but after so great experience during BFST buffet we expected at least 2 sandwiches per person and some sweet(pastry).

Fantastic stay. Kind and helpful staff. Spotless clean. 5 full-size beds, living room, 3 toilets, jacuzzi, and sauna in the chalet. Breakfast at the restoran wery tasty, with fresh fruit, juices, pancaces and itallian coffee. View from chalet and especially from the restaurant spectacular. You can see the whole village and mountain in the back while drinking tee or wine in the evening. Organised transport every 1/2 hour to the ski-lifts.

The whole complex is on the hill and bit off the main bus lines. be prepared for walking uphill to reach your chalet.

The Chalets here are fantastic! What gives it the wow factor is your very own spa! Complete with spa music channels whilst you have a sauna or jacuzzi bath! We were a couple with a dog. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The buffet breakfast is wonderful (best we have had on our travels) plenty of choice and coffee to order. The chalets are very close to the Motolino ski and not too far to walk into Livigno. We had a fantastic bargain last minute but would absolutely love to come back in ski season.

Absolutely perfect vacation. All the people working there were so friendly and helpful. Our chalet was very cozy and comfortable and we loved the view from our terrace. Room was very clean. There were many great choices for breakfast, everything was super fresh. Also we used dinner delivered to room service and it was great! Food was delicious :) Teola ski lift is in the walking distance and hotel also offers ski shuttle service.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Beautifully arranged village, with a beautiful view of the city of Livigno and very functional apartments. Everything is decorated in a mountain style and connected by countless corridors, with which you can get to every corner of the hotel. The restaurant is very interesting, with a lot of details and extremely friendly and professional staff. .To be commended.

Maybe I'd just make some social activities a possibility and expand the dinner menu.

The Chalet was Perfect. Basically 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. The Suna and Jacuzzi was such a treat. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. Great selection of teas and Illy coffee. The outside seating area is lovely. The entire place is such a treat. It is peaceful and quite. Breakfast was fantastic. The older man (name unknown) was the highlight of the most polite and kind person. Nothing was too much for him and always assisted as best he could. Answered all questions we had and knew what we had each day and it was always ready. It is a 15 min slow and lively walk to the town center. Bikes are available for free or e-bikes cost €35. The parking garage is located right next to your unit. We will be back for a longer stay as this was such a teaser to enjoying a fun and short stay.

The App to order food never worked. A pin/code should be sent to your phone when you place your order from the bowling place but it never worked and you cannot place your order over the phone for delivery unless you do it on the app, even after calling and saying it was not working. The first day can be allot to take in and learn about your unit. Everything is very high tech and we had lots of questions. Suggestion Valw can be a little patient with people as it is allot to take in and the excitement can be much since everything is new and we want to ensure we ask all the questions. She may need help as running the reception and then showing the rooms maybe a bit much.

Large chalet on 3 floors with 3 bathrooms, extremely clean and tidy, excellent breakfast with beautiful views and very friendly staff, quiet and safe location. The discount for ski equipment rental is also a plus.

We travelled by bus, so the uphill walk from the bus stop to the hotel was a bit uncomfortable.

Breakfast was amazing 🤩, the view exceptional. Our cabin was so lovely and cosy.

There was no shuttle service running due to the ski lifts that side of town being closed, so it made getting into town with ski gear difficult

Amazing value for the Deluxe Suite, really everything is inside: fireplace, sauna, hot tub, steam bath and the overall place looks super cozy and gives an amazing Alpine feeling mixed with some Italian touch

Slow and confusionary service for breakfast, we waited 15 minutes for two Cappuccinos

Great breakfast with a view. Close to each other, But enough intimicy.

At the end of the season not every facility works (restaurant, baby cinema, limited reception hours...). No DVD player in room even if it was promiced, music in spa didn't work. Heating closet for ski boots didn't work).
