The staff. If there’s one reason to come back or even first time is the staff. The service should not be this good for a 2 star hotel. They punch way above their weight and made our stay really good. Reception staff were amazing. Helpful, accommodating and polite. Restaurant staff were great. Good service, polite and not at all pushy. The food was excellent every breakfast and dinner.

A bit noisy in the mornings and evenings. You can hear a lot during the night from various services and early in the morning when the cleaning staff start early.

The best and most helpful hotel service in all of Livigno (greetings to Barbara). Many discounts on services in the area. A beautiful view of Livigno.

The hotel is not new, but it has a mountain soul. Breakfast could be a bit more varied. Only the Italian cake changes, but the waiter service is excellent. Dinner is excellent, with great regional flavors.

I liked the hotel and would recommend, I ate most nights and found the food quality to be great, and good breakfasts. The room was comfy on the top floor. Was clean and staff were friendly

Great choice of food at breakfast. Small room but everything in place. Close to slopes of Mottollino with option to get to Carosello. Extremely nice staff. Free parking at the place and near slopes.

The shower could have been a little bit bigger. I'm not fat/big and nearly fit in the cabin :-)

Very friendly and helpful stuff and amazing breakfast. Good starting point for cycling, hiking or running. Common rooms and plenty of parking available.

Great breakfast. Loved the on-demand omelet. Good meals at night. Check that Evening Menu before heading out in the morning. The room had a balcony. There is a SKI/Snowboard storage room on the lower floor. You are within walking distance of 2 lifts.

Super breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms and great value for the price. They even came with towels, shampoo and more, which i didn't expect from a 2-star. Very friendly staff.

The heating was turned up completely on arrival, and the room was hot. After turning the heating off and airing a little bit everything was fine.

BREAKFAST superlative in terms of food quality and quantity. No limits to hot beverages. There was also a corner with typical fresh food and bakeries of any sort. The staff is great. Special thanks to the maitre SABINO and the waiter MICHELA that were supportive during the whole stay

I spent 4 nights in this hotel coz I love trail running. The hotel is located a bit outside of the town but can go on foot easily. The trails to the mountains just behind the hotel, absolutely good for the trail runner/ hiker. very nice staff, the ladies are very helpful & friendly, the boys are funny & lovely. The breakfast is excellent with various choices, really doesn’t like 2 stars hotel. The room is clean & the water is hot enough. It’s small, but it is written in the description. The nature/ mountains are much more attractive than staying at room. Only the noise isolation is extremely bad. I could even hear the snore from other guests! I think maybe the building is too old, next time I will take my ear plug along with me. But with this price, it’s okay. All in all, i was very satisfied with this hotel & the staff.

Great location. Hust a short walk to the centre with a beautiful view. We had christmas dinner and it was pretty good. Good breakfast. My mom wasn't feeling well when we arrived and the manager let us check in before the time.
