We enjoyed our stay at this hotel a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they helped us by ordering new tire chains. They guided us in taking ski lessons and they provided a contact person in the hotel so that we could arrange the lessons. The breakfast was very delicious. We enjoyed the indoor pool, it was small but satisfactory. The lobby had a great view where we could enjoy coffee or drinks. We used the hotel's parking garage for free. The location was close to the center and ski centers, 5-10 minutes by car. There were also buses but we did not take them, they seemed crowded.

The room we stayed was a little small but it didn't bother us. We enjoyed everything, thank you!

The entire hotel team are professionals and supportive. Specially Katy, who handled our stay from A-Z making sure our vacation goes smoothly. Plus the Spa experience is really nice, and makes you sense and feel the calmness of the nature and its aroma of flavors and fragrance.

I didn’t like that the ski room does not have a place to wash skies and boots before your dry them in the lockers. And I didn’t like the indoor parking because of how dusty it is.

We stayed in appartment with sauna and it was one of the best appartments in which we stayed ever. Appartment has sauna, jakuzzi, large terrace with cosy beds and amazing view to the valley! The hotel is clean, highly proffesional and very kind staff, breakfast was very rich and colorful. The hotel fireplace room was very cosy with beautiful view to Livigno.

We had a wonderful stay at baita hotel. The staff are so nice. The breakfast is very good. Wonderful spa!!!! The spa room with the sauna was great after a ski day. The beds are super comfortable. Very close to Mottolino and San Rocco for skiing. Just perfect.

The regular room didn't have availability for coffee or tea. No hot pot.

Clean, comfortable, spa on 3 floors, ski bus at the hotel. Nice view on the mountains from the lounge room! Service was great: the reception was so helpful! Good breakfast with fresh juices & champaign , great dinner! Eager to visit again🙂

It’s a fantastically well kept and well run hotel. I travelled solo but there were family’s and couples there also. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and as I didn’t speak any Italian they were also extremely patient and good humoured. The ski/snowboard room was extremely well kept, very clean, with tools to maintain said items. There is a sauna and pool and a whole array of massages, reiki etc. The food from breakfast to evening meals was just outstanding!! The bar area very chic and has full length windows to give a fantastic panoramic view of Livigno down below.

The hotel was fanastic, it exceeded all my expectations and made my trip unforgettable. The staff was very friendly, nice and polite, there was so much of care and attitude to hotel guests. Wellness area was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Ski room was very convenient, breakfast was very nice and tasty but restaurant was excellent. The menu was changing evety day, all dishes were very high level, you can not get such quality even in Milano.

wifi not working (in room no wifi, at reception very slow), big spa but not opened a lot (opens at 10am and closes at 7pm with a lunch break!!!)
