Breakfast and dinner were very good - varied selection and quality. The staff, especially the restaurant manager, were extremely welcoming and friendly. Reception staff were also very helpful.

The property lacks a lift which can be a bit tricky for the older generation especially when it comes to lugging suitcases up and down the stairs. It is located out of the town centre and although buses leave and stop opposite the hotel, they stop working after 8pm. Local cabs proved to be difficult to come by and there is a 25 minute uphill walk from the town centre.

Breakfast was ok. There was also a 4 meal dinner available, every day a different menu to choose from 3 options, quite tasty. Sauna was nice. Car park available for all guests. Location a bit far from the centre, however a very nice 20 min walking distance or ski bus stop available 50m from the hotel.

FIRST we got a very small room, however it was changed to a bigger one right after we asked for it.

Good breakfast, all staff was super friendly and helpful. We parked our Motorcycles in the garage free of charge and laundry service was available (cost 10e). Room was nice and clean. Amazing view.

It would be nice to have a mini fridge in the room. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was cheap but maybe not the best quality. Location is beautiful but all the restaurants are down in the valley so you need to walk a steep down & uphill to the restaurants.

Let's talk about service! We were cycling all day in rain and when we got there the sauna was warm and the lady of the house did our wet and muddy loundry and organised so that our cycling shoes were dry next morning. ❤️ The room was tidy and clean. Good bed, quiet place to sleep in. We had a view to the mountains. Good breakfasts. Room for bikes with pump and tools. We were advised with the bus timetables. Warm recommendation!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the breakfast and evening meals were great. Hotel was a good location from the Teola lift. Discounts were available for ski hire and lessons. I would highly recommend it.

It is necessary to rely on buses to get to the ski school and town although it was walkable in 25 mins...just hard work when carrying skis/boots. The buses are quite regular though but get busy at peak times.

Friendly and helpful staff, small but clean rooms. Good breakfast. 4-course dinner was also available at a reasonable price. Goodvalue for the money.

Breakfast were good and the staff was friendly. Location was good, very close to ticket office and lift.

Noise isolation was pretty poor.

Good location and hotel/room was clean.

Room didn't had a fridge. Small bathroom. But overall everything was good.

Restaurant served dinner and was good value

A little far to walk into town for more variety in restaurants. No air conditioning but weather was cooler so no problem.
