Staff was amazing. Every one of them. This made the place stand out. Lobby is well designed and doubles as an all day dining area. Breakfast is varied and plentiful Coffee is top notch. The place has a great contemporary vibe. Background music is really cool.

Second bed is really uncomfortable with a very very thin mattress. If you are heavier than 50kg, you will have trouble sleeping. I am not a fussy sleeper, but this was really bad. It can be simply fixed by providing the same mattress quality as on the adjacent queen bed. If this is not fixed, I can't honestly recomend the 3 on person room Bathroom is well designed with separate WC. Yet the entrance door is a sliding one with large gaps on all sides. This gives zero privacy and comfort as one can hear everything as if the person is inside the room showering and otherwise. It's a classic example of aesthetics overtaking the function. There is nowhere to dry the ski gear as the main heater in the room is switched off. There are no towel hangers either.

We stayed in the apartment, where you have a choice to buy breakfast on side Staff - very kind and helpful. Apartment spacious, parking slot behind the building. Pet friendly. Cafe bar in the building opened all the day (breakfast, light lunch, pastry-shop, bar) Great walk-in shower. Unfortunatelly we didn´t have a time to try SPA wellness, which suppose to be great :o(

- small selection for breakfast - difficulty changing the temperature in the apartment (1 bedroom was too cold, but living room with floor heating was great)

A beautiful apartment with lots of space and well appointed

One of the main reasons for selecting the property was the wellbeing area but this was only open for limited hours in the afternoon so I couldn’t use it (I was always out by then). It would be great if it could also be open for some time in the morning

This is perfect place for your vacation in Livigno! The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast- don’t miss it before you go skiing! Staff is very kind and helpful - special greetings and thanks to Leo :) In the end - we loved that place

I loved the location, which featured breathtaking views and easy access to local attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The restaurant delighted me with its superb cuisine and attentive service. Additionally, the spa facilities were exceptional, offering a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that went beyond my expectations

Excellent hotel - we really enjoyed: - the appartment - it has has everything you need; - the SPA area - saunas, relaxation chairs; - bakery on the premises with fresh croisants, cakes and other tasty treats; - terrace to have apres-ski aperol spritz in the sun. :-) - location near skiing slopes, restaurants, shops. Free ski bus with a stop near the hotel; - the friendly staff. Thanks!

Greate location, even though not exactly ski in/out. Took a while to find the quick rout to the snow tracks but we did it 😄😄 The spa is fantastic and a must! The parking is perfect, right next to the ski room!

If you are staying in this apartment, make sure to find some time to visit their spa. It is a must after long days of ski. 2 different saunas, tropical shower, cold water bath, chill zone and tea will keep you recharged. it also has gym.

Location is convenient and accessible . There is also a cafe downstairs that serves very good coffee for breakfast.

If only they can offer more than 1 type of eggs for breakfast. Eating scrambled eggs every day for a week is boring.
