Our stay was great. Everything was perfect. The staff is super kind and always available. The rooms are very cleaned and the bed vert comfortable. The view is amazing and also the location.

If we really want to split hairs the road is close to the hotel than you might hear cars even with the windows closed.

great host. they owner is really helpful. on hearing we will leaving early for ferry.before breakfast time. she packed a huge bag of food and drink will definitely come back another time

be aware that. you must must must drive otherwise the bus is not available after 6pm and if ferry you should take at least additional half hour after scheduled, though not late, to get off

the owners were really friendly and helpful! they told us everything about the beaches, helped us planning our one-day-hiking trip to mount capanne. The view from our room was amazing - we were not only able to see the whole procchio gulf but also see the moon rise! the rooms were very clean!

the Wi-Fi was a little bit slow. Would have been nice to have a minibar in the room or some possibility to get some drinks at a later hour (maybe an open accessible refrigerator?) - nevertheless we had a perfect stay!

GORGEOUS VIEWS! DELICIOUS & complete BREAKFAST BUFFETT. Friendly staff. Wow what a trip to remember. It was my first time at Isola d'Elba, & I couldn't be happier with my stay here. It's also wedged between two bigger seaside towns, pretty centrally located to other areas around the island. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here :)

Everything was great: breakfast, room, staff. Nice and not crowded "beach" just 50 meters away... that was extraordinary!!. I would love to come back in the future

Wifi was really bad (didn't need it), otherwise everything was great.

The staff were incredibly nice and there was a nice view out in the balcony.

Unfortunately was not exactly for our style and we felt like we were in an B&B rather than in a hotel - towels were not white, but dark colors and who can tell how clean they were - never in my life seen that in a hotel - cleaning not very good (wc was black dirty at the bottom and bathroom smelled really bad overal even though there was a window we kept almost all the time open - shower cabin too small and old and not very well cleaned - breakfast not on our taste and lacking diversity, we were also made to stay at a certain table in between two other taken tables with loud and talkative people while the whole place was empty with tons of empty tables - we did not come back for breakfast the next days and took it outside - even though there were stairs at the property, we were guided to use the route with the abrupt (and not paved) hill outside, which was terrible - no way of wearing hills and very slippery in some places + if we were to take the stairs we would have to pass through some sort of balconies where people would put their underwear/swim suits for drying and was not pleasant at all - no elevator and needed to carry up on the stairs some heavy suitcases - the lady offered to help though - too expensive for what it offered (160/night)
