Fantastic location, and a very nice building. Super convenient to have multiple restaurants within a block, including breakfast right downstairs. Spacious room with an ante room and large shower and bathroom. Stylish decor, and nice view of the Arco della Pace. Easy to get to from multiple train stations by tram. A beautiful walk through Parco Sempione to get to all of the sites. We appreciated that they replenished the Nespresso machines supplies daily. Staff was very responsive to questions, and restaurant staff quite welcoming. The location really exceeded our expectations, and Milano is an underrated city.

The bed was overly firm and hard to sleep on. Wi-Fi is too weak to do work, so we resorted to a personal hotspot. Initially water was lukewarm but they fixed if after notifying them. It would be nice to have a coffee table in the anteroom, or at least a side table.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transport. I also appreciated the attention to detail throughout the hotel — everything felt thoughtfully arranged and well-maintained. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly return on my next visit!

The location of the hotel is excellent, we walked from it or used the tram. The room is very comfortable and cozy. The staff is attentive. My son and I got to the hotel around twelve at night. The bartender (the hotel's counter is located in the bar in the same building) escorted us to the room, as the hotel staff was no longer there. And despite the fact that the kitchen was already closing, we were fed. Thank you so much for your attention. The bar room is very beautiful with floor-to-ceiling windows. It's nice to have breakfast here.

The suite was conspicuously clean, very large and stylishly furnished. The bed and sofa were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, if "only" an Italian breakfast with brioche, cappuccino and orange juice. But for Milan, of course, appropriate.;) Living Suites is perfectly located. Only 1 min walk to the nearest tram station, directly at the park with a view through the trees to the Arco della Pace. On foot you are within 15-20 minutes at the Duomo.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Perfect for a city trip.

I would highly recommend Living Suites to anybody, especially younger people. Although the hotel is located in an urban area with a a dozen bars and restaraunts around, the sound is definitely muted and unnoticeable when you are in your room. The hotel location is ideal, the rooms are big and very clean, and very new and upkept.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the reservation said breakfast included, and for breakfast we had a crossoint, choice od juice and a choice of a warm beverage. Definitely not a realy hotel breakfast!

Great manager, really amiable welcome and she was really keen to make everything exactly to our liking. Practical and beautiful location. Room is spacious and comfortable with fridge. All in all, would recommend!

It's a bit confusing at first since you have to do the check in at the bar and there was a language barrier with the staff in the bar. It lead to some confusion and waiting, but the manager more than made up for it afterwards with her friendliness!

The location was fantastic. Set facing the Arco Della Pace and at the entrance to Sempione park. A short walk through the park to Milan castle and then another stroll down to the Duomo. Some great restaurants and bars nearby and the bar at Living Suites itself was welcoming and a great stop for a beer and limoncello spritz. The staff at Living Suites were friendly, polite and made it an enjoyable place to stay.

Nothing we didn’t like

The room was nicely furnished and comfortable . Convenient pleasant locality over looking Piazza Sempiore . Near several basic restaurants and close to transport links. Attached bar was pleasant and staff were helpful .

Accessing the room was difficult at first . Would have been helpful to know in advance that keys were to be collected at the bar below the hotel. No kettle or drinking glass in the room - both would have been useful.

Nice location near a large park. The bar downstairs is nice as well, and they close the terrace around midnight so they didn’t bother us at all. Comfortable bed. Welcome drink was a nice bonus!

We found a contact lens in the bathroom upon check-in, so the cleaning needs to be better. But what I found a bit insane as a woman - there’s a waterfall shower with no other shower head or shower caps?? 😄

The basic breakfast I supplemented with a cooked dish as wanted hot food mornings so the free coffee and croissant etc I added to eggs order. Chefs arrive at 9am at their restaurant for this ala carte food. Room was comfy but no tea/coffee maker which would have made it exceptional. Gorgeous area. Nicest staff and restaurant for aperitivos etc. so would stay again. Staff agreed to watch my suitcase as I arrived earlier than check in.
