The very customer oriented personnel at the reception and breakfast. Large and quiet room with a comfortable king-size bed. Very large walk-in shower. Fine toiletries and very good towels. Special mention of the breakfast: absolutely stunning, superb. Nothing was missing. Easy to reach, private parking available. Value for money, highly recommended

Nothing. Be careful using Google Maps to reach the hotel! It will take you nowhere land at the back of the building. As reference instead input the gas station next to the hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. After the travel by ferry from Malta we needed some recovery time and they made it for us available to check in early. During the stay they went out of the way to make our stay with the dog comfortable - even serving water and dog food. Unfortunately dur to weather conditions, we needed to leave one day early, but they made it easy to us to tried to help as much as it was possible. Big thank you here to Alberto - usually no one tried that hard, but you made us want to come back. As marketer I see the real value in professionals like you, adding long term value to the experience. We will be back!

All was great

Clean, comfortable, very polite staff, almost like a family business. Plentiful food on all breakfast, lunch and dinner options on good prices. Located outside the main city of Modica, if you have a car you avoid the whole traffic and congestion of the typical small Sicilian towns.

The location was a bit weird. Situated on top of a busy street, the entrance was basically inside a gas station. The parking was a very good plus but the space was limited and it was quite small. The pool is much worse than advertised as it is small and overlooking a main street, just covered by some plants. If your expectations are a fancy idealic pool bar in an exotic location, this is not it. Otherwise, everything was perfect, comfortable and smooth, and the staff was very polite and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with so many delicious choices. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and helpful — they went above and beyond to assist me. The people here made me feel so welcome that I truly fell in love with Modica. Having a free parking area was a huge bonus and made everything even easier. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The only small thing to note is that the room fragrance was a bit too strong for me, and made me feel slightly dizzy. But overall, everything else was perfect and I still had a wonderful stay!

It's not our first time at the Modica Boutique hotel and we always rebook this hotel . This place has all the requirements for a pleasantful holiday . The staff are all so helpful as always , breakfast is good and vast, rooms always clean, big and comfortable bed & pillows, excellent water pressure in the shower , free parking . Free natural or sparkling water is always available on each floor since there is a dispenser and this is a big bonus . Thank you Lorenzo, Antonio, Maria Grazia, Simona and all the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable as always .

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this one truly stands out. From the facilities, restaurant, and service to the value for money, underground garage, and reception availability — everything was exceptional. After a long journey, I arrived hungry and, although the restaurant was fully booked, the team still managed to accommodate me. That level of attentiveness made a real difference. I would highly recommend this hotel — 10 out of 10. Absolutely exceptional. Keep up the great work!

This is not our first time here and it will definitely not be our last , we will not change this place with anything . Pet friendly , very clean to high standards . Lovely breakfast , relaxing pool area with soft music playing . Lovely dinner and we also had dinner by the pool one evening with great live music from a great young singer ! The bed is sooooo comfy and so are the pillows . The shower pressure is awesome . The bonus of this hotel are definitely the staff ! Starting from Lorenzo , Giovanni, Antonio, Jenny, Maria Grazia and all the rest who I can't remember their names . They all do their outmost to make you feel at home . They are so welcoming and they are the true meaning of service with a smile 😊

Staff were all very helpful and always service with a smile. Hotel is very easy to find, has a private garage, and quite a good place to start your day for exploring Modica. There is also a bus stop right next to the hotel which is very convenient. We took it to go to Modica Alta. It passes every hour. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Good value for money. Breakfast was very fresh each morning. Thank you for making our stay exceptional!

Modica Boutique Hotel was a perfect location to use as a central base to explore the area (Noto, Ragusa, Scicli, Palazzolo and also the coast such as Sampieri). Adriano at Reception was extremely pleasant and helpful to answer our questions and make recommendations. Try the Ciauru Anticu Trattoria nearby. Our room (#30) was functional, modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and seemed very new. The breakfast buffet was the very best we had among our 8 accommodations touring around Sicily. Just incredible. Imagine helping yourself to Gelato for breakfast! Beautiful outdoor pool/patio and free parking. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend.

The Modica Boutique Hotel is a great hotel. I loved the modern design and the fact that parking was free. Breakfast was a highlight with fresh juice and great tasting homemade ice cream/sorbet. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and I liked the tiled floors. The bathroom was good too – good water pressure made for a nice shower. Overall, it's a stylish and cozy place to stay.

While the Modica Boutique Hotel had its highlights, there were a few minor inconveniences. The lack of a shower door led to a wet bathroom floor, and the air conditioning system wasn't able to cool the room below 24 degrees. Parking was a bit tight, and it would have been convenient to have a shuttle service for easier access to Modica. Additionally, it was disappointing to find that spa access came with an extra cost. More nut-free options at breakfast would have been a nice touch but it was labelled otherwise for allergies, and some areas could benefit from a touch-up, like redoing the grouting. Despite these small issues, the hotel still offered a comfortable stay overall and great value.
