It was clean, air conditioned, and of modern design. The owner is very organized and communicates clearly and efficiently. The owner provides for self-check-in and you can pay the soggiorno fee via an app. Plus, the structure is located in the heart of Modica. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Excellent value for money. Exactly as described. Modern clean well designed room. Super comfy bed Wifi very good Location easy walk to train station one way and bus station at the other end. Communication with property very good. Easy self check instructions provided in timely manner and it all worked with no problems

Minor But if there could be some flexibility about earlier check if room was ready. But understand. Also be aware some folk might not manage the relatively steep stairs up to the entry to the rooms Would highly recommend this property

The room is comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The hotel is in the central historical location and easy to find. Simple check in and excellent communication from host. Could not be happier with this hotel.
