The owner was lovely and so welcoming. A lovely room and bathroom with a little window opening out onto a beautiful view of Modica. We parked on the road directly outside the property. A bottle of water and fridge were provided. The room was very clean and looked lovely. The owner was helpful suggesting a walk way into town and a couple of restaurants. The walk was quite steep and lots of steps but a short walk. We paid extra for breakfast which the owner freshly prepared and served in her dining room, pancakes, cake, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juice, biscuits etc all lovely

It was cold in the room when we first arrived but it had been raining and had turned cold. We put the air conditioner on to heat up the room so it wasn’t a problem at all. It would have been nice to have a kettle, mugs etc in the room so that we could have made a hot drink. The walk from the car was very dark down a few steps and a gentle slope. Although it was literally only 10 metres a light would have been helpful especially as if had been raining.

We booked and checked in very late and it wasn't a problem. There is free on street parking and a nice view of the surroundings from the street, since it's on a hill. The city center is just a quick 5 min walk downwards. The area is peaceful and the apartment even has a small outdoor grotto with chairs and lemon trees.

Clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Nice views of town but required many steps to walk down the the main town square.

Brilliant view and easy parking. Apartment was good with clean bathroom, all working well. The host was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our brief stay in Modica.

The stairs up from the City were a little challenging but manageable. Its difficult to find anything to criticise, a Modica chocolate left on the pillow would have been great!

Great location, very clean room, gracious host, free nearby parking, quiet, spacious, window with screen to avoid flying pests, small table and chairs. Great water pressure and hot water.

The bed was too firm for our aging bodies. The breakfast was good but unchanged for 3 days in a row. Spotty wifi.
