The B&B is conveniently located on the main street right below the old town with plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Parking on the street is possible in selected paid areas. Good starting point for visiting the old town (ideally on foot). Rita is a wonderful host, outgoing and friendly, very knowledgeable and does everything to make her quests feel at home. Breakfast was home made, buffet style (both continental and Italian) with fresh fruit and vegetables. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean with a comfortable king size bed upstairs. Fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee maker was also available.

Rita the host was delightful: warm and friendly, funny and flexible, a delight to talk to. Breakfast was delicious. It makes such a big difference to have a really human interaction with the host, rather than just a transactional experience. The property is close to bus station and all attractions. A fantastic value for the money.

Great communication before arrival. We were met and shown through the property. It is located 1st floor above a restaurant but that was no problem. A large room double bed and couch with access to a balcony with table and 2 chairs. Kitchen is small but adequate and likewise with bathroom. Breakfast was taken in our hosts apartment next door with a wide menu choice. We really appreciated the fact that our host could speak English. She is very widely traveled and loved the breakfast room photos. The apartment has a view up through the old Town and it's worth the walk up there.

This place was a small gem, hidden in an ancient city, Modica. The house has stone block-exterior, and spacious veranda. The room was decent, and has a kitchenette. Great value for money! It's located close to the bus station, and to many charming attractions! The best thing about this hotel is the host, Rita. She is super kind. She is eager to introduce valuable attractive spots, which are not well known to tourists. We loved those places. Breakfasts were abundant and delicious. We could also leave our baggage, after check-out, with a peace in mind. Overall, we were very happy at this house.

The generous breakfasts, the quiet and comfortable room, the handy location, the beautifull town, the friendly and helpful but unobtrusive host, everything! In my numerous visits to different regions in Italy this was by and far the best bnb Ive stayed in.

On the main street very close to the old town. Parking is possible in the street. The B&B serves you a (for Italian standards) unusually rich breakfast with local products in the room. The room is spacious with kitchen facilities, Excellent price-quality relationship.

The room towards the street can be a bit noisy

Building has great character and is immaculately presented. Our host was extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and offered an interesting variety. Good location so long as you expect to walk a bit as Modica stretches a long way.

No problem for us but you have to be able to negotial a stone stairway with your luggage to reach the accommodation. We found a parking space easily but if you were unlucky, you might have to park a little way away.

I really appreciate a host like Rita who does all she can to make the stay in Modica the best. Nice apartment, close to everything Modica.
