We have stayed here for 3 nights and we have had an amazing time! The rooms are big, clean and very nicely decorated. There is also a very nice living area and a dining place. The breakfast was delicious and the view is great! Had an amazing time here! Definitely recommended… thanks to our hosts for lovely staying, it was really house to house ❤️

Tired after a hard day cycling uphill I was delighted to be welcomed with tea and honey. The house dates from the nineteenth century and is impressive with its high frescoed ceilings and its charming courtyard. The proprietress was attentive and the breakfast was ample and excellent. The view from the house is breathtaking

There is no access from a road - but the inaccessibility only adds to the charm of the house and of the city of Modica

The location is in the city centre. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful (the breakfast room is my favorite). The breakfast was well taken care of. I got a warm welcome from the hostess. Would love to stay there again.

Nothing really. Everything was well taken care of. If you have mobility issues, maybe the stairs that lead up to the accommodation might be a bit challenging.

Firstly the hosts were very nice and full of hospitality presented. 2ndly, the location was quite amazing as others wrote it too! Actually I booked here without enough information, but previous day to prepare, I found the review about here on Tripadviser as well about great view and breakfast! I surprised and felt lucky I booked here. I asked for the station pick-up with cost, and it was smooth. I can recommend this service include your plan! Also, the bus stop is near by. you can access to Modica both channel of the transportation. The main street, Corso Umberto 1 was stone thrown and many touristic attraction are there!! 3rdly, lovely their decent breakfast! Homemade, warm hospitality of breakfast. I really recommend here!

Actually not special. If I would rather mention, the bathroom was cold during winter, I brought the mobile heater from my room. Also, usually the hosts turn on the water heater when you check-in, this time for me, I arrived at night and went out for dinner in cold. After came back and realized to turn on the water heater, I did, but needed to wait for long time when it's ready! Other elses were fine!

Wonderful B&B in a quiet area but very close to all sites. I had a newly refurbished room, fantastic! The staff is also amazing, very helpful and like your friend in Modica, grazie!!

Very good location in the center if the old town, great breakfast in the historical room. We could nof find the place with navigation, but the lady from reception came to the main street for us.

The owners are very kind and helpful. It is in the center of the city with fantastic view. It' s very clean. The breakfast is very good!

The beds (in my room) were not so big but it wasn't a problem.
