The property is surrounded by gardens and is very peaceful. There was plenty of parking available even though we arrived later than planned at about 8pm. Andrea’s video of how to access the property was perfect. The full breakfast is a wonderful showcase for local products which Andrea obviously feels passionate about. It is also possible to taste wines and honey at the property. Andrea has thought of everything!

It was slightly tricky to find as our car’s satnav is old but the phone came to the rescue.

We loved this property!! I would absolutely stay here again! The accommodations in room were perfect and anytime something was needed, it was provided quickly. Would definitely do the breakfast on site. The sitting area was beautiful and all around property was gorgeous views!

It is a stunning classic B&B place and the host Andrea is incredibly kind and responsive. The place has 5 B&B rooms, very big or at least ours is. Everything provided is in high quality and classic and it seems the host family has spend money, energy and time passionately on them. the breakfast is really classic and impressive which also includes a small souvenir of a jam jag, a block of cheese and sausage all produced locally. I joked to the host that for such quality service provisions you don’t make any profit.

There is nothing I don’t like. The location is a bit away from the Como central area but bus C71 has a stop near the church and local shopping area which is about 500 meters away.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment. It has three spacious rooms, two of which are connected with a door. Each room has a double bed with a comfortable mattress. The 3rd room is also a living room in case you don't actually need 3 beds. The furniture is quite new and everything was clean. There is a large bathroom with a shower shared among the three rooms. Andrea the owner met us on arrival and showed us to our room which was very nice. We had an excellent breakfast one morning which included fresh bread and pastries, cheese, assorted cold sausages, jam, coffee and juice.

The kitchen in the apartment is very small and although it has everything you need we didn't feel like cooking our meals there, On the other hand there are plenty of restaurants in short driving distance so it wasn't an issue. The apartment is up a long flight of stairs. Again, we didn't mind this at all but this is something to note.

Spotlessly clean - had the added benefit of a washing machine. Undercover, private parking which was one of the main reasons for booking it. Breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of added touches like local produce. Wifi worked very well. Andrea was lovely. If we go that way again we would certainly pay another visit. The room was very quiet we barely heard anyone.

Slightly difficult to find but that was probably us just being thick. We missed the telecomm at the bottom of the drive and ended up in the neighbours property!

Andrea was an amazing host who made us feel so so welcomed!!! Breakfast was fresh from the local bakery. Rooms were clean and service was outstanding. The kids loved it here!! Casa ceruti is a lovely place to stay- well organised and up to date.

The property and owner were amazing, set in a quiet little community about 15 minutes outside of Como. We had a suite which had a small but very well equipped kitchen. We were only stopping the one night but it was nice to be able to make our own drinks and use of fridge. There is very secure parking, all behind electric gates and the gardens to the property are a delight. Being on a bit of a road trip and staying at 7 different places of accommodation this has to be the best breakfast ever. A huge variety of locally sourced breakfast items are all presented outside (weather permitting) on a beautiful terrace in a wicker picnic hamper. The owner also has various locally homemade items for sale in his shop including pasta made by his sister. This property has everything, homeliness, cleanliness and perfect setting.

I really don't think there is anything that could be improved or added.

Excellent breakfast with assorted local cheeses, honey, jams and hams/salami. Good coffee/tea. Bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Beautiful flower gardens with manicured lawns and large tress - absolute peace!

B&B is nestled in beautiful, landscaped gardens. Very quiet. Our host Andreas was always smiling and kind. The air conditioning in August was a blessing. The suite was spotless, the beds comfortable. The breakfast was, as everyone says, really nice. It was a relaxing experience.

We liked the hospitality of our host who smoothly changed our booking by our request and was kind enough to give us more than we expected. We've also been gifted with a goodbye present which we liked a lot!
