The host Walter was amazing. We had a little language challenges but it worked out great. He even drove me to pickup pizza. The decor was.good, room was comfortable and the Netflix made the usual european TV challenges fade. Breakfast was good and again the amazing friendliness of the hosts!

A little bit off the main highway. Parking though free is on the street in front of the building and the road is very narrow.

Friendly hosts Walter and Cinzia, very clean room, lots of hot water to shower, good bed and pillows, so QUIET at night, good WiFi, excellent breakfast - toast, sweet or savoury pancakes, torta di mele and biscotti, lots to eat! Walter struggles a little with English, as I do with Italian, but it all worked out!

A little hard to find along winding narrow streets! Thank goodness for Google maps...

everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We were also impressed with the newly renovated room, which was spotless and had a modern and stylish design. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay with great hospitality.

Everything was very clean. Great service during breakfast. Excellent coffee. Family friendly location and hosts. We got an extra baby bed and had the opportunity to warm up the meals for the baby.

I prefer sleeping with one blanket for each person, but this is just a cultural difference and doesn't mean that i can really say anything bad about this location.

Host was very friendly and accommodating. They waited for me even though I arrived very late (almost 11 pm) and prepared breakfast for me early as I had to leave by 6:30am. Large and clean rooms. Comfy bed. Free street parking.

Communication could be a little better. I messaged the host a few times before my stay but it was usually several days before I got a reply. It was probably due to the fact that they didn't speak much English. We had to rely on translation apps to communicate when I was there.

Walter and his wife are so kind and helpful. They are really trying their absolute best to give you a great experience. We got breakfast freshly cooked by his wife every morning. The room was spotless, beds comfortable and wifi was strong. The area is quiet and away from the city centre which we liked

Walter and Cinzia were very welcoming. They shared many kindnesses, most notably the history of the house. Cinzia cooked a wonderful breakfast including a delicious apple cake.

The house is very well decorated making it bright and fun. Breakfast in the morning. Quiet neighborhood that gave us a goodnight sleep and a peaceful morning. The highlight was meeting Walter and his lovely wife. They are friendly, most generous, trying their best to accommodate us. Good luck to you both! Regards, J and R

Where to start from? :) Let me start from the hosts. The most pleasant people I have eve met. You will feel so welcomed and regret you haven't booked few more days. The breakfast is amazing, home made and something newly cooked each morning. The room was extremely comfortable, quite big and the hygiene/cleanliness was on exceptionally high level. For the location itself, yes, you need a car, but it's a wonderful and peaceful neighborhood where you really can get proper rest after you leave the Como buzz. The city of Como is just few minutes away by car and Switzerland is also very close, in case you decide for some variety. Parking there is very easy, as you get your own spot in front of the house.

Literally nothing to report here - I only dislike that we didn't stay more.

Everything was amazing

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The only small complaint I'd have is about the automatic light system in the bathroom and corridor not having been the best idea. The corridor light kept turning on whenever there was a small movement in the room itself.
