Staff were very friendly and accommodating even with language barriers. Location was great as it was close to the bus stops (C10 bus), supermarket, 10mins from the ferry stop, and right next to the ticket booth for Villa Del Balbianello. Breakfast was really nice. Toiletries were great and bed wasn't bad. Staff also let us keep our luggage at the hotel after check out for a couple hours which really helped us out. It had a nice terrace.

There was a fan, but no air conditioning, so it was fairly hot during the night as it's summer. Only one power point in the room (which powered the fan and tv), and one in the bathroom. There was a splitter but it was too close to the wall to fit our chargers.

Really nice personel. Very good but homemade food. Great price for exellent location near Villa Del Balbianello. Autenthic people, locals go to the bar downstaires. Great atmosphere, I really reccomend!

Some people might not like this local vibe, but for me it was exellent and I felt like in my distant family home. Only few workers spoke english, but it wasnt a problem!

Very nice clean room with balcony, first floor is restaurant which is very convenient, it is possible to order food/drink to room. Nice breakfast. 2 min from my villa Balbianello 10 min from public Boat that can bring u to Villa Charlotte or Bellagio C10 bus goings from Como

It can be noisy in the evening, as many locals choose this restaurant, also next to the house camping park, sometime people sing in the evening) But we did not have a problem with that. Everything was good.

Was an amazing location, so close to great restaurants, shops and swimming plus Villa del Balbianello entrance was right there! Beautiful views, staff were super friendly, breakfast was great and we wished we stayed longer

Cons: No air conditioning, which made the room a bit warm, especially at night in the month of June. Even a ventilation fan was not available in the room.

I give it a 10 cause it is family owned, and people put a lot of efforts. Btw, these were the best sheet I ever slept into( better than Sheraton), so soft and cozy!

Location was great. The view from the room was good and breakfast could have more options. The staff was kind enough and helped us with parking.

All the rooms are in 1st or 2nd floor without a lift, so you have to carry your luggage.

Everything is very good. The room is clean. The location is perfect, near Villa del Balbianello and near the lake. Breakfast was in the restaurant. The bartender is very friendly and helped with many questions.
