We loved the environment. The garden was amazing. The staff was very kind. The breakfast was also decent.

We stayed at an apartment. The beds were very uncomfortable; the management should consider changing those. We stayed for 4 nights and it wasnt pleasant in such a nice place. Since it is an apartment, they said they didnt have cleaning or changing of towels available for the apartment. Change of towels only on additional cost. The first apartment they gave us didnt have a garden area. I didnt like that and asked if they have another apartment available. Luckily there was onr more and we changed it. Amazing garden however I would have expected them to give us the nice one in the first place. The experience is in the second apartment couldnt have been compared to the first one. The staff was very kind and they made our stay very nice overall despite the beds..

The location is breathtakingly beautiful. This historical property was built in the 12 Century and I was told was a village! Wait for the sunset and take lots of pics. Book their vineyard tour ahead. Breakfast was good - only scrambled eggs and hard boiled offered. I requested fresh ricotta which I received at no extra cost. Rooms are large suites with kitchen. One flight up stairs suites are too steep for older guests and kids - ask for ground level rooms.

We stayed here on one night for a wedding and we chose to stay two more nights. The property is beautiful with a big swimming pool, lots of activities and the views around the property are amazing. The food provided at the wedding and in the hotel restaurant was delicious - lovely pasta and meat options. There are some lovely small towns to drive to nearby and you can walk around the property to one town which has cheaper drinks and food!

This is one of my most amazing stays in my life. I couldn't believe that I actually stay in this beautiful place. It is located in the most beautiful surroundings in Tuscany, at the very picturesque Valiano. Wherever you turn, you enjoy the stunning views. Also you can taste some of their great wines. Excellent experience!

Maybe more treatment from the hosts, some welcome compliments from the house, details in the rooms...

lovely setting, beautiful property and views. room was luxurious, maybe a bit small but i did choose that option. staff friendly. breakfast was very good with a large variety of pastries, cheese, meats, eggs and fruit all good except for fruit juice. dinner was lovely, a bit pricey. definitely worth a visit with some wine estates to visit in the area.

The property is located about 20 minutes away from Montepulcino. It is up on a hill and the views are spectacular! The property dates back to the medieval ages and the history of the place is so amazing. And the grounds were so beautiful! Everywhere you turned, there was another wonderful place to sit or enjoy the view. There was also a wonderful pool area where you could sit in lounge chairs and just relish in the views and all your surroundings. They have a large patio that overlooks the Tuscan hills and the sunsets there are gorgeous! The breakfast that is included was superb with so many choices. And we had dinner at the restaurant all 3 evenings we were there and every meal was excellent.

The only thing I feel they could upgrade would be the furniture and the bedding. It all seemed a little old fashioned. But the bed was comfortable and we slept well! The bathroom was a decent size but the shower was very small.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Borgo Tre Rose from Thursday to Sunday and I must say that I absolutely loved every moment of my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could possibly need. We received a free upgrade and got a bedroom with a breathtaking view to the hills. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm, the bathroom spacious and clean. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic restaurant and a a very complete breakfast buffet. Overall, I would highly recommend Borgo Tre Rose to anyone looking for a comfortable, and memorable stay in Tuscany with a lovely view. The staff, facilities, and location were all exceptional, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

We noticed that with the arrival of more guests the WiFi became very slow. In any case, it would be good to confirm the speed and stability of the internet with the hotel if you are looking to work remotely from there.

Superb location with one of the best views you can find in Tuscany! Clean room, comfy bed. Garden is gorgeous, loved the many options to chill outside (little tables with chairs, a lot of benches etc.).

Breakfast could be more varied. Walls of the rooms are paper thin, could hear every noise from the neighbours. Bathroom could be upgraded.

In the heart of Tuscan landscapes, among vineyards and pines, this hotel is a hidden gem. Great facilities with outdoor pool and tennis court. Wake up early and go on a stroll around — you'll love it.

Would be great to have still water bottles in the room. We arrived late when the reception was closed already, so it was impossible to get any water for the night (except for the tap).

A great location, we greatly enjoyed it, helpful staff and great food.

Only comments would be, it would have been helpful to have an information pack in the room like other hotels which tells us about things like cooking classes, wine tasting, laundry, bike riding. Also with the apartment, having an iron and board in the room would be beneficial.
