Francesca is the most hearty and friendly B&B host I ever experienced. She gives great tips about Naples and surroundings, was super flexible and full of care, even organised transportation when taxis didn't run. Great breakfast with local specialities served every day! Fantastic staff too! Thank you!

Francesca, the owner, doesnt speak any word in english, so the communication was kind of tricky. Nevertheless she was caring and tried to make me feel comfortable. She had fresh pastries every Morning, which tasted delicious

The Location of the App wasn‘t Good to explore the City by foot. You always have to use public Transport to get somewhere. The App was pretty old and dark.

Absolutely nothing

This is possibly the worst B and B I have stayed at, the staff are very unfriendly, they make you feel like you’re an inconvenience to them. Communication is poor, I wasn’t even given a key until day 2. Every time I saw them they essentially growled at me. This isn’t a B and B, it’s simply a room in someone’s house, they clearly are doing this for money and not passion. I felt unsafe most of the time I was there, they didn’t check on me. No water was given even though it’s 35 degree heat. No AC even though it’s advertised Breakfast was a crossiant, mouldy grapes and stale juice, no hot drinks what’s so ever. No clean towels given for the stay, no lock on the bedroom door. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom, however very old and shower barely works. The location is fab as only 20 mins walk. I had. A terrible stay No directions are given when entering the building as Mutiple stairs, it’s like a maze, the owner had to shout out the windows to direct me. Shocking
