Loved the welcome we got and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Excellent varied breakfasts and the B&B was very clean. The provided Aircon is essential and having a fridge to store our drinks is a masterstroke. The hosts were very patient with our language barrier and helped use translation tools to pass on information about such things as our early checkout. Very well situated in some respects, as a supermarket, bakery and tasty pizzeria are literally yards away and close to the funicular which is essential for access to the more touristy areas without having to navigate hills and demented vespa drivers. Finding the B&B is tricky as it is quite hidden. We muddled through and managed to find it with luck and a helpful courtyard attendant. There is a gate that may be locked to a shared courtyard, then you have to gain access to a shared stairwell, both protected by intercoms and very little signage. Quite a long walk (20-30 mins) to nearest ATM

I really enjoyed my stay at the Casa di Cò. Both the room and bathroom were super clean (the bed-sheets smelled so good!). The bedroom was large, full of light and had a mini fridge, a closet, a small combination safe and a desk with a chair. There were fresh towels in the bathroom, shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, and even a magnifying make-up mirror, which I appreciated a lot because it's super useful but really hard to find, sometimes they don't have one in high-end hotels! Breakfast is included. It was a really rich sweet breakfast, with lots of choice - I had the most amazing sfogliatella (a flaky pastry with ricotta) and an excellent cappuccino. The two owners were delightful and very helpful. They gave me advice for transportation (taxi) and made sure that I had everything I needed. I'll just give you an example of how nice they were. I was there for a conference and, on my second day, I had to leave the B&B very early, before breakfast time. The owner arranged for me to have breakfast at a nearby cafe! Since I was in Naples for work, I didn't really have the time to enjoy some sightseeing, but the B&B is ideally positioned to explore the city and it's just a few steps away from the funicolare.

The staff was very (very!) friendly, esp. the guy. The location was very convenient: the Corso V.E. is full of practical shops (common food etc.), while the touristic area Via Chiaia is in a close distance (go down through Via Santa Catherina da Siena), from which Piazza del Plebiscito with the cathedral, and even marina and Castell dell Ovo are also accessible by foot, sit for a wine when going back. The place was quite clean, a sort of family type apartment. Given the prize of the accommodation with cheaper (though new) equipment. Forgot to say that there was absolutely no noise from the street. On the other hand, my room (the door) was not insulated. For a night or two no problem. A delicious sweet breakfast served in the hallway. Knowledge of English very basic, but I got not only the receipt but even a nice talk. Clearly an apartment with an atmosphere!

A practical note (9/2022): Google maps (if used on a computer) correctly find the address (Corso V.E. 244) as well as the B&B. But if you use "Show direction" in Booking.com (in the browser or in the mobile app), it sends you to the tagged location close to Castello Aselmeyer (CVE 166 or similar) about 1 km to the west. To be sure, the B&B is located not far from Santa Caterina da Siena church.

Great hosts and great stay., definitely very good value for money for a person travelling alone (if you travel with two people, extremely good value for money). I've seen other places for the same price in Napoli - this is probably as good as it can get for location/room equipment/cleaniness vs. money.. The room was extremely clean, and so were towels, bedsheets etc... very high standard. My room also had a fridge and cheap drinks in there. The hosts were very friendly and do anything to help you. The breakfast was absolutely superb, they must get it from a good bakery in Napoli (I ordered sweet breakfast and got extremely high quality stuff). The location is great too, quiet as it is in an inner yard, but you can walk to the city centre. Use the funicolare >> check out Funicolare if travelling with older people, kids, etc., your best way to reach this nice place, cause i went up the hill by foot - an experience but exhausting.

Only minus point is that the 'common room' has no windows, but this is simply the built-up of the apartment. My view from the apartment wasn't what i had imagined with 'city view', but to be honest in Napoli I found no place which really offers a city view for such a price - if the view from your apartment is truly important, you may need to go even higher in the city, and you will definitely pay about double the money.

La Casa do Co is near the Spanish Quarter, a very interesting location, and a good place to stay, though about 40 minutes walk from the train station (I took a taxi there). You can use the bus to get into the centre of Napoli. My host was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean.

Great location, hardly any other foreign tourists in the area which we really loved. Our host were very friendly and welcoming. And helped us with printing our tickets for the museum. Highly recommend to stay here.

A little bit noisy from other building.

Massimo and his wife are amazing hosts. They would help you with anything you might need, lovely and friendly people :) They provided us with the best breakfast we had during our stay in the city, ottimo capuchino. I really recommend this B&B!

The room and bathroom are very clean. Bed is very comfortable. Location is excellent. The owners are friendly and helpful, just outstanding.

Some people may complain about street noise. But this is Napoli! You must accept this.

Massimiliano and Costantina are amazing hosts. They have great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area, which they even booked for us. They are also great company for a chat. Breakfast was superb: every morning a wide selection of fresh pastries from a local bakery. The location is excellent to explore the city. The room and the entire place were very clean.

The bathroom was slightly rundown and could benefit from a little service, in particular the showerhead, but mostly aesthetics. The hot water was a bit on-and-off. There can be some noise at night, because of the thin windows and probably loud air conditioning units just outside.
