An amazing experience to stay right on Mt Etna, surrounded by fields of Lava - so peaceful and incredible landscapes. The rooms, staff and facilities were all excellent and made everything comfortable.

Just in general, there is no store on Etna and you can't even boil and then drink the tap water. The hotel provides some bottled water in your room but any extra costs 6 x what it would in a supermarket. Just a heads up to others to purchase some bottles of water and maybe snacks if you are staying up here.

The gentlemen at the reception were articulate, humorous and knowledgeable men, exuded great energy and were wonderful hosts. The location was fantastic as the hotel was 600m from cable car entrance and it was easy for us to do excursions . The included breakfast was great and the bar served us drinks with complementary chips. We also enjoyed dinner at a nearby restaurant at a special discount so it was a great choice for us. The spa was really relaxing for us after the long excursion.

The breakfast spread was amazing, covered all tastes, freshly squeezed orange juice . All food items sourced locally even the Etna honey. The smell of the hotel was lovely which you don`t often find in a hotel. All staff were friendly and smiley. Bed was very comfy. We had a terrace which was nice to few the amazing views . Plenty of car parking. Walking distance to the Etna amenities. We used the spa which was great to unwind after traveling.

Staying at this hotel on the slopes of Mount Etna was an incredible experience. The hotel is luxurious and very comfortable, with a welcoming and friendly staff. They provided excellent recommendations on places to visit and activities to enjoy, and were extremely helpful with any issues we had, no matter what we requested. The breakfast at the hotel was outstanding, with everything at the highest standard. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we loved every moment of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I am happy with the Hotel. I am quite unhappy with BOOKING.COM Although I had booked two rooms 1 for my husband and I 2 for my sister. Two different prices, the one I expencted to be for my husband and I more expensive than the other. When we got there they told us I had reserved two singles and yes two different prices but still to singles. Imagine my surprise. At the end they charged us an extra 28$ to have the 2 of us in the room.

Everything. This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. The staff was so incredibly kind and informative. The spa was absolutely amazing. We experienced 2 hours of spa all to ourselves. I also forgot my necklace in the room and called the next day. They not only found it but when I went to pick it up they offered us free lunch which was delicious. The hotel is right at the base of the chair lift to Mt Etna. This hotel is simply amazing. We will be back.

Excellent location on Mt Etna right in the lava field. We were given a money-off voucher for the nearby Rifugio Sapienza restaurant for an evening meal, which was walking distance from the hotel (at the bottom of the cable car up Etna). Very good selection for breakfast. Used the spa - sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (which we had to pay for as we had booked via Booking.com, no charge if booked direct!)

The staff are brilliant. Attentive friendly helpful and even gave us an upgrade. The food for breakfast was a stunning array of every conceivable fresh delight. We had the honour of witnessing Etna erupting on the night of our stay. Seeing all from the carpark and our bedroom window. What a lovely place and a wonder to see. Highly recommended.

Nothing at all. It’s a real delightful spot and access to the start point for Etna on the doorstep.

The location very convenient. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk to the starting point for the Mount Etna summit climb, with easy access to the cable car and other excursion options. The property itself was spotless, and the spa was the perfect way to unwind after the trek up the summit.

Had a wonderful stay. Davide could not have offered us a better experience. The rooms were large and comfortable. All three couples had terraces and great views of the mountain top. The bar and the spa experience were exactly what we needed after a long day. Davide booked us a reservation at a wonderful restaurant 400m from the hotel. Breakfast was perfect. Plenty of parking. And super affordable to boot. Could not have asked for a better stay.
