we really liked the location, very close to the Ballaro market. Breakfast was superb and the roof top terrace had amazing views. The lady serving breakfast was very accommodating and our host made our airport taxi for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The place was a little hard to find and is on the 5th floor. The guy who checked us in was not as friendly as his mother. But they were quick to come when we experienced a shower drain issue.

Small family-run pension near the center of Palermo. The ladies are very nice and prepare a fresh breakfast buffet every morning. All the main sights are within walking distance. Supermarket next door. Loved the balcony with views of the city, harbor and mountains.

It is a centric place to see Palermo. The owner and staff were very friendly and gave us a lot of information about the city. Despite not all staff speaks English they did a good effort to communicate! The breakfast was fantastic, on the rooftop with a great view. The beds were good and the room was very clean.

The view was nice, the staff very friendly and easygoing, and the breakfast was fresh. We like to walk and the city center is just 20 minutes from the place. So sad we couldn't enjoy the terrace for breakfast, but the rainstorm made it inaccessible.

Once we found the entrance, the location was very good. The property is in an apartment type building. We were able to park on a side street. We had breakfast on the roof-top with lovely views of the city and the hostess pointed out all the landmarks. The family owners (Mother & Son ?) were lovely and friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again for longer if ever back in Sicily.

It was a little hard to find the entrance at first, but the neighbouring shop owner brought us to the doorbell !

Breakfast on terrace. Location is very good. Room and Safety also good. I will stay next time also here.

In the Bath, Hand Shower would be very nice to have.

Location is quite good, you can go to the city center on foot. Staff was really nice and helpful. Beautiful view from the breakfast terrase. Breakfast was quite good.

No balcony or other place to dry clothes. Shower place needs renovation, all floor was like drowning. The district in the late evening does not seem very safe. Actually, there are no free parking places, you can park in the street, but to find a place is difficult. There is a convenient place next to the street. We were said it is illegal, but people park there and we did so too 😃 at daytime there is a man who pretends being a parking worker and "helps" you to park. Ignore him.

The hosts were phenomenal tending to anything we neeeded. Hearts that were pure gold

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They served a wonderful breakfast daily and the terrace was beautiful. The room met our needs and the beds were comfortable. They left us a large bottle of water for when we arrived and when they replaced our towels. It also was close enough to the sights to walk. Also we had a nice terrace to view the city from.

It took a long time to get hot water in the shower and the design allowed a lot of water on the floor. The bathroom was a bit small, but it served it's function. It was a bit noisy during the day, as we were on a busy street but it did not affect our sleep. The AC worked but made a clicking sound once in a while. I forgot to mention this to the hosts but I will send them a message now and I am sure it will get addressed.

The rooms were clean and comfy, the owner and the staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast on tje terrace offered an amazing 360 degrees view of the city.

The wardrobe is too small for a family of 3.
