The property has a good and safe location, 5 mins from the Cathedral and 10 from the main center. Everything is pretty clean and the breakfast is good. The room was quite big and the bathroom too. It was mainly students with us, but there was no noise from them.

The pillows were just awful. We were set up in a room which was at the end of the property, so there was quite a walk to get there. We were also unfortunately placed next to an external AC unit which made a lot of noise, even with the windows closed.

I stayed here for a few days and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent, especially if you need to reach the university — it's just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the comforts I needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent, though fairly simple — enough to start the day, but nothing particularly special. All in all, a very convenient and comfortable place to stay in Palermo, especially for university-related visits.

Breakfast was same every day and guests haven't free access to the main dish in breakfast -eggs ,which were always like for 5-6 people in the hotel for more than 100 guests my be.Every morning somebody instead guests decides how much eggs to put in your dish,which is very strange and unpleasant.But coffee was one of the best in the world Julius Meinl.So please change this strange service in the breakfast,all other is nice!!!

This is an excellent option for solo travellers. It's away from the day-tripper rat runs, but very close to some of Palermo's finest sites. It's got its own railway station on the trip in from the airport, and there are decent aperitivo spots and restaurants within very easy walking distance. Everything is clean, efficient and works, and the rooms are soothingly plain, with no decorative flimflam.

The shower cubicle is a little on the small side. Probably not for the well-upholstered. The breakfast is not bad at all, but it would be nice to see more fresh (and riper) fruit there and a bit more variety on the cheese front.

Property is on very convenient location very near to train station. Also it is very close to historical center near to one of the most important streets for tourists (Via Vittoria Emanuele). We definitely enjoyed on our stay. Room vas spacious, like on the images. It was very clean. Stuff was very friendly and warm to guests. Even the fact that building is actually mini student campus didn’t cause any problem with noise.

Although breakfast was fine, it would not hurt to add more variety of food. Maybe some vegetables or salads.

great choices for breakfast. There was a staff person at the desk all the time, who could answer questions about how to get to places. There was free public parking juat around the corner from the hotel. We could easily get our bags to our room. Since we arrived at the end of the day, there were plenty of spaces, and it was safe! Very big room. Camplus is apparently also a college dorm, which was fine for us. Lots of young people around.

It was fine. We were surprised they ran out of pancakes, an hour before breakfast ended, even though they still had pletnty of the other fancier items left.

Free parking in the zone (public parking). Modern. Breakfast Included or else paying a reasonable extra amount (7 € in my case). Also cheap laundry service.

Palermo 😂 The ugliest and dirtiest city I've visited in my 15 days trip around Sicily. I know some love it, others don't. File me in the second category.

The hotel is very clean and in cool spot in the city, near to the centre, yet very quite. The nice part of the city is when you go right from the main entrance. The rooms are nice and big, there is a terrace with ping pong table on the second floor and big inner yard on the first one where you can chill with vending machines with stuff like water, beer, coffee and some snacks next to it. The staff was helpful and nice. You can pay to use the parking of the hotel (I suggest if you need it to contact the hotel before you arrive to book a spot there, since it's not big).

The shower cabins are pretty small, all of us felt a bit uncomfortable to use them and we are all people in different size. However the bathroom itself is pretty big. The breakfast is also underwhelming - small amount of stuff but in general it was fine.

Functional stay in a renewed room. Easy to reach old downtown and possibility of free parking beside the place (if you have luck in finding a place and in spite of a person asking for money to take care of your car - better to pay to avoid problems even though is a public parking).

Very narrow shower box (during the renewal the hotel prioritized the “bidet” instead of the shower, so you”ll need contorsionist skills to have a shower but is something manegeable).

A nice place with all the benefits of a hotel but at a reasonable price. It is close to the city centre and yet quiet. There is staff to help out virtually all the time, which is very helpful in a new town and country. The room was good and clean., The breakfast was a combination of continental and English. Best of both. So plenty of fruits, cakes, plus eggs and bacon. Plenty of fruit drinks too and a variety of hot drinks. Excellent place. Will book again if we are back.
