The location is just perfect as it is right next to the tourist hot spot. Most of the famous monuments are at a walkable distance. The yet another best part of the stay was about the host Marco. Such a kind and humble human being. He made sure to fill the room with snacks/juices/milk etc. he was very attentive and proactive. He even messaged all the places to visit and the food to try. His helpful nature is noteworthy. Out of all the lavish hotels out there, this stay felt more like a home to me. Safe and secure :)

Absolutely everything! Marco is a wonderful host. The location is perfect. The room and facilities are clean and extremely comfortable. Marco gave wonderful tips of where to go and what to see. AC, quiet room, private paid parking nearby and plenty of coffee. Highly recommend!

There was nothing to not like.

Very good location in the centre - not far from tourist attractions. Close to bus stop. Extremely friendly host who provided us lots of information on where to go and what to eat. Rooms are air-conditioned and cleaned on a regular basis. The host offers Italian style breakfasts. Highly recommended!

The host is very friendly and gave me great advice on touring around the city. The room is spacious and clean. It's very much worth the money. I had to leave my luggage for an extra 2 hours after check-out, and the owner is very flexible with it and let me left my luggage.

The location was excellent for exploring the historic part of Palermo and for going further afield. The view from the front was the Porta Nuova and from the back you could see the mountains rising. 25 min walk from the central train station and near bus routes too. The host was really helpful with lists of attractions to see and foods to try, and was very hospitable.

I think the decor would benefit from a refresh.

Great location - 5 min walk from train station, right on the edge of historical city center. World class host - Marco gave us a lot of tips what to see, eat and experience. Cool interior design made me smile everytime i saw and used the instax ;)

Men's shower needs a little love but I don't mind that. Street noise is quite noticable in the room, however after enjoying Palermo for the whole day I slept like a baby.

Marco is a great host. He made me feel welcomed. The room is quite big, the bed is very comfy. The view off my small balcony was a huge plus. The bathroom and kitchen were always clean. The water bottles, the coffee and snacks offered show you're being looked after by the host.

The place per se exceeded my expectations because it provided me with more than I needed. If I could change anything, however, it would be the noise from the heavy traffic just outside the building. Even with the windows closed you could hear it. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me, but it can be an issue to light sleepers.

the greeting from the owner was superb, such a friendly and helpful person. The property is self was safe, clean and comfortable and the style was interesting.

the only thing I didn’t like (which cannot be helped) is the stairwell was super low, I’m 6’3 and I just dislike low places. this was not the properties fault by any stretch as the building is old.

Marco makes you feel very welcome. He picked us up at the airport. In Palermo he gave some tips for the best street food and tourist attractions. In the B&B he explained how the coffee machine is working (great coffee) and showed the facilities like the roof terrace.

At the appartment there are three rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. We had a room next to the batrooms. Sometimes at night it was noisy because of the other guests. The bathrooms needs some plumbing. Theree was little waterpressure. It needs some renovation of equipment.

Marco is a really friendly and helpful host. He comes in every morning to clean and welcomes you with a coffee and a chat. For the price you get everything you can ask for.
