Location is very central, 2 minutes walk from the gorgeous Palermo Cathedral and main sights and lively center of Palermo, 5-6 minutes to Palazzio Real, but still quiet and not a lot of traffic. We were welcomed by Gianluca for check in and he gave us all nededd information for access to the B&B, assisted us also with best parking in front of the building. Room is very big, there could be maybe some more furniture for more comfort, but ok. Very clean place, 4 units in the Bad&Breakfast, bulding very safe and nicely maintained.

Nothing except we would expect more from breakfast, it is very basic, only sweets, little fruit, no fresh bread.

Location in the centre, but still peaceful. Beds were really comfortable. We had fridge in the room. The communication with the owner is fast via phone.

Breakfast was included, so we expected more than 2 small croissants per person. The owner can't speak english, so communicate via phone. There is no room cleaning, we had to specifically ask for towels after 2 day. Bring the cash for payment. Otherwise really nice stay.

The location is superb - just 4 minute walk from the Cathedral. The room was quite spacious, and very modernized. It was as quiet as can be expected in an old part of the city, but ear plugs will help. Breakfast was quite good, and the 2 lovely ladies doing the prep were wonderful. Free parking on the street (if you can find it!), and also other areas 5-10 minutes walk away.

a) The wifi was weak, and several times I had to go to the eating area. b) The owners have contracted the running and checkin/out to an entity that requires documents ahead of time - no problem. But the phone number listed is NOT the number to contact the person doing the actual checkin, so there were several unhelpful communications and considerable confusion in the days before, and delays getting in touch with Gianluca on the details. He was very welcoming once we got in touch with him...just make sure you get his phone number ahead of time.

Very nice B&B. I had suite nr. 1, which is amazing - very big with a fantastic picturesque ceiling.The bathroom was also beautiful and big. Everything was very clean and new and also to mention is the balcony with a view towards the cathedral. The breakfast was very nice. Anna,the breakfast woman, even makes the coffee! Fresh breads are offered, proscuitto, salami, cakes, cereals, joghurt. Anna was very polite, she even prepared breakfast earlier the day we had to leave early in the morning and she helped my friend with the luggage carrying down the stairs.. Such a special service.Gianluca was also very friendly. The location is great, just behind the cathedral, however very quiet. I can highly recommend this B&B- a 5 stars accomodation. Excellent!🤩 - Central location, but still quiet - Despite of the pretty chaotic traffic and too many cars in Palermo, it was possible to park the car right in front of the B&B - Very clean and new interior and a good bed - Nice breakfast - Very friendly and helpful staff: A special mention and thanks to Gianluca, who made me feel absolutely the most welcome and really put effort and his heart to make sure the quests can have as perfect experience of Palermo and Matteo Bonello as possible!☺️☺️

Everything was good

Neat, tidy, Friendly, helpful staff. Even with a language barrier. They recommended good boat trip also with Seica Boat .Thx so much. Yummy breakfast too.. Good location to the Cathedral close by.

Thought the stairs were tidy and neat. There were many stairs to get to the floor for the B&B with heavy luggage.

The host was professional and comunicative, the room was clean and comfy, A/C worked perfectly. The price for room was very reasonable. It's not so hard to find free parking spot near by even by night.

Watch your head when entering to the building don't ask me why :D (the host warned me, but my memory is short)

Space, air-conditioning, clean, breakfast included, bottled water available, baggage hold, available on street parking very quiet, really well located near the cathedral. Thank you to Anna for serving our breakfast and providing helpful advice.

Host was very helpful. Anna, our house keeper, is the best! She is there to make sure we have a comfortable stay and good breakfast. Apartment is clean.

A little outside of where the centre is so walking around at night feels a little uneasy with young kids (nothing bad happened, just dark) The steps to get to apartment

Location, free parking near by.

Not suitible for families with baby stroller.no elevator, so you need to carry baby and his strolley to the 2nd floor. Check in guy forgot to tell us pin code of the entrance door, so we were standing about 10 minutes at the night outside the room while trying to call all reception numbers we had. Somehow they sent us sms with the code. Breakfast was very poor, only coffee jogurt and pasteries.
