We took the room with the jacuzzi and the experience was wonderful. The facility was clean and new.

The jacuzzi doesn’t have the protection glass towards the room and once the manipulation touchscreen got stuck (probably because of the water) and the massage stream of water flooded the entire room including suitcases. The parking is inside the facility yard with the gate which gets closed from 19:00 to approximately 8:00 in the morning. So if you come after 19 you can’t use this parking. We had the early flight and the gate to the parking was closed at 8, so we got pretty scared. Had to call the owner and get him to come and open. So if you have the early flight - tell the stuff about it. They also don’t really speak English.

We got quite an interesting room with a massive bathroom. We loved it. The terrace was beautiful but we stayed only one night and we did not have the time to use it. Other than that the bedroom was nice and so was the breakfast. I asked for two boiled eggs and they were hot and ready for me in the morning. Last, I would recommend this place as I got quite a safe parking within the premises and more importantly was able to extend my parking stay until I did the sightseeing in town. The town was also close and everything was around the corner by walking distance.

The price, the place, the interior.

I think we've got the wrong room. We came with two adults with two kids and ordered a room with a bunk bed and a king size bed. So the king size bed was like 140cm.. and we saw that the other rooms had bigger double beds. Since one of our children couldn't sleep in a bunk bed, it was quite uncomfortable. We also did not get WiFi password. And by the time of booking it says, they have private parking and only after booking it came out, that the parking works till 12 pm and we vame only in the evening so we had to look around for a free place and you know, Palermo is not that friwndly with parking places.

Excellent breakfast including eggs and sausage, not just the usual sweet stuff. Rooms are above an antique shop and some antique pieces of furniture are part of the equipment. It looks very original although sometimes not that practical. But it does not matter for a couple of days. Excellent location. 5 minuts walking time from the Cathedral. Free private parking in the courtyard is a big plus. Although closed for the night from 7 p.m. on.

Good location, close to city center. Good breakfast. Good attention from the staff, they allowed me to park inside which was very helpful. The bathtub.

A fridge would have been very useful for the warm weather. I didn´t like it some areas around the hotel, chaos traffic and dirtiness are very uncomfortable, but we realized that is quite common in Palermo.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It looks even better than the photos. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to all the main sights. And the staff was incredibly welcoming and nice.

Very nice room with a big jacuzzi and walk in shower. And Canatellas is perfectly situated in the center of Palermo with the opportunity to park your car on the premisses. And the staff is really friendly. Thankyou for your help and the early breakfast!

It is situated next to a road with some traffic. But it did not bother us.

Good location, plenty of parking by location and host was very helpful, didn’t stay for breakfast but the smell of it was delightful! Very clean!

Everything was perfect

I want to thank Cannatella’s Mansion manager for being such a welcoming host! The mansion is situated very close to the main sightseeing destinations. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food, it’s a great value for the price!

Walking distance to city centre and the most important attractions. Roomed was just as in the picture.

Noise from the street (but we understand its a perk of living in the city center). There was no Wifi ! Breakfast could have more various food options.
