Great stay in Palermo! The room was big, clean, and cozy. The host was very helpful, arranged a quick and easy transfer, and communication was always fast and clear. Loved having 24/7 access to coffee and water. I felt safe leaving my things, and the location is just 7-10 minutes from the main street-old town. Another big plus was the flexibility with luggage storage , I could leave my bags until any time, which made my departure stress-free. Thank you for a great experience!

Super central location. We could walk everywhere. Free parking in the street. Friendly staff. Great communication. Nice breakfast.

The water pressure in the shower was sometimes a bit soft. Not a problem for me that it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator, but could be a problem if you can’t climb stairs. The pillows were hard but I liked that.

The room was clean with comfortable bed. In the dining room there is everything necessary for morning coffee and tea.

As a remark for the older gests, there are many stairs to climb to reach the appartment! And also It would be nice to have a little bit more shower gel, shampoo etc.

Casa del Moro is very nice place to stay in Palermo. It is located in quiet neighborhood 10 minutes walk from historical center. My room had yard view - it was very quiet. Cleaning was every day. In the evening and at night central heating was working. For me it was huge plus, because I was traveling in winter. Kitchen was very clean and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Very quiet at night, room was large and spotlessly clean. Nice traditional building. Host helped me out a lot by allowing a late checkout of my luggage. About 30 minutes walk with luggage to the train/bus station.

Admittedly no doubt a result of being there in the off season, but I never saw any staff except when I arrived, albeit there was contact via Whatsapp. It was advertised as having breakfast but there was no food in the kitchen, except I found a yoghurt in the fridge ! Area is quiet at night, but the flip side is that there is nowhere to go locally for a nice drink or coffee - you have to walk at least 10 minutes to find somewhere to eat.

The service was excellent, with Piero and colleagues listening to all our needs. The location is very good for visiting Palermo's old, rich, spectacular centre and its markets. The flat has great value for money.

The district of Palermo was discovered to me unexpectedly. I've found it so interesting and there is a short distance from the historic centre. The hotel perfectly mutch of cost, service and location. Piero and Johny allowed us to leave our suitcases for the time when we were having a long trip to fabulous places in Sicilia and helped us to get a transfer to the airport. Thank you a lot you so helped us. Hope we'll be back next year.

good communication before arrival, everything was OK for price 30 eur for 2 persons. Great accomodation for one night, breakfast was good, not big but good for the price. I Will rate it 10 for price-quality ratio

Breakfast is prepared by the host to the guests liking. We were offered a coffee upon arrival. The host was polite and explained everything.

Parking is in the street and depends on the availability. We were lucky to find a spot, but it does not mean that it is necessarily alwayhs so. There is no lift and the property is on the third floor; the host, however helped with the bags.
