We found our host exceptionally helpful as our flight was diverted so we were very stressed getting into Palermo 4 hours late way past midnight. We rang our host and she kept in touch with us which was very reassuring. Our rooms very comfortable and extremely clean. Great choice of breakfas. We had great privacy at all times. We could walk to all historical places of interest.

We live in a quite country area in Ireland so on first night we forgot to buy earplugs so it was difficult to sleep but that was sorted for the next night.

The property is very nice, new and clean. Great location, 10 minutes walk from train station and close to the city center. It was nice to have breakfast, it was simple but enough and everything is fresh. The stuff was cleaning room every morning and providing fresh towels and all you need for bathroom. It will be enough room for 1-2 people. Good value for money. They took care of my baggage before my flight. Stuff and owner are very helpful. The guide to Palermo they provided me with was very useful.

It's a nice B&B within a walking distance from the city center, but with enough parking space at the same time. Check-in was easy, communication was great, the room is quite stylish, and the breakfast was very good. I wish there were warm options, but I understand it's more difficult to organize them. But the choice was very good, better than in many other places where I stayed on Sicily. Price/value ration is top.

Unfortunately, the nearby area is very dirty. The street where the apartment itself is located is more or less okay, but when you walk anywhere you see lots of streets full of garbage. It felt like a huge problem in Palermo in general: there were not so many clean streets.

The hospitality and interest shown during my stay were unsurpassed. The owner was always at the tenants' disposal and promptly resolved any issues or misunderstandings that arose. Additionally, there were many lovely features, such as beach umbrellas, candies, fresh fruits, and more. I loved the place and the owner's approach. 10/10.

I liked everything. The price/quality coeficient is just perfect. Keep it up :)

- Very clean, everything new - Convenient bathroom, with enough hooks and place to put toiletries in the shower. This is surprisingly scarce in hotels, so thumbs up! - Helpful staff - Good italian breakfast - A quiet building and a rather quiet street, given the location: if sensitive to the noise of occasional cars, take earplugs, otherwise all good: no music, no voices, no creaking floors :) - Convenient location close to the station and the main attractions. The neighborhood is poor but safe

- Zero complaints about the hotel (a lot about Palermo though: have plan A, B and C, because at least half of the places you plan to see will be closed or partially closed; and do your best to ignore heaps of trash in the streets: the hotel seemed to be the only clean place in town)

Very clean place, comunicative host (via phone though), great idea having a shared fridge available for guests. We get all the help we asked for. We had two rooms, one to the street one to the yard, both sufficiently equipped, the yard one was more quiet, but you are in Palermo and expect a bit of a trully Italian traffic. Very cloce to Ballaro market and main train station where also bus from the airport terminates. There was daily cleaning even on Sunday in the end. Breakast was a nice touch as it is nice to have the basics in the morning like a juice, bit of fruit or coffee. But you get fresh croissants and 1,4 EUR esspresso in bistros that you find on “each corner”… Perfectly working wifi. Close to buses, buses run around the historical part, in tabbachi shops is worth to buy 3,50 EUR day ticket i.e. if you travel to Mondelo beach.

We could not work out how toaster and TV worked, but these are minor things that did not effect our complete stay.

Super clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely and very responsive when I had questions. It is a self-check in and no reception but instructions were very clear. Michele always responded quickly if I had questions. I also met Michele's mother who was very kind and friendly. His recommendations for food were excellent. Really modern setting. I stayed in room four which had a balcony and was very quiet. There was a lot of water available and breakfast had a lot of options. There was also an information stand with maps and other detailed information. The location was close to the train station,only a ten minute walk.

The only thing for me was the location. As a solo female traveller I found it too quiet walking home after 9pm. Nothing happened and I am well travelled. I think in groups or with one other it would be fine. There is an edge to the area at night.

Really clean and although you never meet the staff, they are nice and available over whatsapp. Great shower! Really accessible to a train station (10 min walk), which helps getting in from the airport and to other outside towns.

Didn't feel totally safe in the neighbourhood at night, but that could probably be said of a lot of corners of Palermo.

Very close to train station. Do not follow the directions on Booking. Look at your map app. Best part was hands on management. Although they have remote check in and your key is in your door they were there and the cleaners were also kind and responsive. It felt cozy, safe and secure (single traveler). Lots of good written instructions which I LOVE with safety warnings (don’t open windows). For big cities. Room was small but adequate. Fairly quiet little street but close to the vegetable market and lots of activity. Amazing breakfast although I missed out in the kitchen since I skimmed over Instructions about that! Nice breakfast area! Cafes are close by. Good for one night or many nights.

Front Door is difficult to find- maybe signage? Entry is a little spooky. So not much to dislike! Great value

Solli is one of the best B&B that I tried during my whole life. LARGE ROOM with a bath in the interior (which is really great) and breakfast is good as well. Cleaning rooms service is daily so your room with permanently clean (this is a big PLUS). If I come back to Palermo, I will surly return to solli.

Everything is perfectly in place.
