Looking for something small and comfortable near the centre of Palermo and this certainly fitted the bill. Tucked away from the main streets it’s not an easy find but don’t be put off by that we found the area to be quiet and safe. We had a great welcome on arrival and enjoyed a large and well-appointed room on the second floor. The only negative was that there is no direct lift to all the rooms on the second floor, so we had to use the stairs from the first floor. Location was good and easy to walk through to the Quattro Canti. Next door to the hotel is a magnificent small church that is well worth a visit.

Great place, great location, great people.

Heating and hot water. Only reason I didn't give it ten out of ten for comfort is because for the first three days the water in the shower was only warm and not wasn't hot. But on the last days it was nice and hot. The heater needs electricity and when you leave the room the electricity goes off, so when you come back it is always cold and takes a while to warm up. Not relevant for most of the year in Palermo.

It is a very nicely renewed and decorated old little palace, with a little courtyard where braekfast is served. Situated about 5-6 minutes walk to the crossing of 2 main pedestrian streets of Palermo, Via Maqueda and Via Vittorio Emanuele. Although so centraly situated and with a big open market in the background, it was totaly peaceful at night. Reception staff was very kind and frendly, eager to help and explain about any question we might have had. Pleanty of space to put your things in the closet and shelfs.

There was no coffee machine in the room. The bar was not opened for coffee and drinks. Brakfast was rather lame. Hotel is in the pedestrian zone and quite difficult to reach by car.

Wonderful location. Great breakfast, and friendly staff. Pretty courtyard out the back. Bathroom and room were spotlessly clean.

We asked the hotel to order us a taxi to go to a hire car place when we checked out. The taxi driver charged us 25 euros for a 2.5km journey! We suspect it was a tourist rip off by the driver rather than the hotel, but check with the hotel about rates if they order you a taxi!

The bathroom was private and in good condition. The whole place was spotless, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay very pleasant.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, as the springs could be felt underneath. The bathroom lighting was poor and not suitable for shaving. The Wi-Fi signal was weak and often slow.

Palazzo Brunaccini is a hidden gem in Palermo. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic center. It is clean and comfortable, with well-appointed rooms and a very good buffet breakfast included. Francesco at the front desk was especially patient and helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. All the staff were kind and courteous. A great stay—highly recommended.

Nothing to dislike.

Somebody from the hotel helped me the parking. I liked the room, mattress and pillow. Big room. Everybody in reception was very friendly. Easy to reach main locations. Everything within walking distance

Variety of the breakfast can be more. Every morning they served different cheese. They have limited English Almost none.I could not get the receipt for this reservation. They told me that booking.com will issue the invoice. Booking,com told me the opposite

The rooms are nice and clean. The hotel is charming and the staff is helpful aside from providing water!

We did not like that the hotel doesn't provide water in the rooms which is standard, they charged us for water. Also the breakfast is sub par

The place has a nice atmosphere and rooms are comfortable. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The reception staff was great and very helpful. We also dined in once and can say the food was amazing, although fairly expensive. Also the breakfast was nice and we had a great choice of foods.

The location is sometimes exciting but not in a good way. It's great in terms of closeness to main sights, but we felt observed and didn't feel 100% safe in the evenings.

Everything. We had issue with the tire and received help from the hotel to pump air.

Even though location is very central, neighborhood not the very best one. However we enjoyed.
